A Bump In The Night

The next few days were complicated. You got to meet new people, including your idol Bruce Banner.
You had to walk around the Avengers Base, which meant everyone had to know who you were.
"Hi, I'm Y/N!" You said, holding out your hand.
"Hello, Y/N, I'm Dr. Banner," he sounded light and fun, nothing that you would expect from a scientist. At leas, from what you knew. "But you can call me Bruce." He got quieter. "I suppose Hulk is fine as well..." he trailed off.
You honestly didn't know who exactly who that was. The news channels were always so depressing, so you never watched them. You lived under a rock, thinking Peter would tell you what you needed to know, but at the most, Peter only mentioned him twice.
You chuckled, "Excuse me for my ignorance, but...who is Hulk..."
At first, Bruce seemed surprised. "You know, big, green, angry," He almost laughed, "He's no one."
Bruce walked off with a smile.
You walked back to what was supposed to be your room, but bumped into a tal, and shockingly fit man with black hair that was long enough to put a cute bun in. He was only wearing a tank top, so you could see his arm.
A red star was on it.
Just like the one tattooed on your own shoulder. Along with 2596.
"Sorry sir, I'll be on my way," you stuttered. The man glared at you, puzzled.
You pushed past him, your eyes turning blue, and you were in Peitro's room, where you ranted and broke down to your older brother about the day. All in Sokovian, of course. But you, it was all the same.
"This is so overwhelming, I can't take it. I'm not used to this much attention, like, ever. Now all of the sudden, I'm supposed to live here, all my education is being paid for, and my entire life is being controlled by the Avengers, the Avengers for god's sake!"
All the while Peitro just sat there, until Wanda walked in the room.
"Hey Y/N! How's it going?" you turn to hug your sister. "Hey, Wanda." Then on with the rant you went.
In the end, you three could be found all cuddled up together on the bed, movie credits rolling away.

And you didn't mind being there anymore.
