CHAPTER THIRTEEN:

    AFTER TAKING Eddie to his place, the rest of the group stood outside, and then Eddie came out the house with his mom, she was clutching his non-injured arm. "You! You did this!" The woman said as she points to all of them. "You know how delicate he is!" She says, grabbing her son by the back of his neck, walking past the group and towards her car. "We were attacked, M-M-Mrs. K." Bill says.

"No! Don't." The woman said as she opened the car door and made her son get into the passenger seat. "Don't try and blame anybody else." She said and Timothy looked at Bill. The woman fumbled with her keys only to the drop them and Beverly stepped forward, "let me-" "No! Back!" Sonia said before picking up her keys herself.

"Oh, I've heard of you, Ms. Marsh.. And I don't want a dirty girl like you touching my son." She said and Elise grabbed Beverly's arm, glaring at the woman. "You don't know dick about it." She says and the woman ignored her, turning away. "Mrs. K, I-I-" "No! You are all monsters!" Sonia said, pointing her finger at all of them again. "All of you. And Eddie is done with you. Hear? Done!" She says before she is walking around to the driver's seat.

She got in, starting the car and Timothy looks down, sighing as the car then drove away, so they all walk onto the street, watching it descend down the road. "T-Timmy and I saw the well.." Bill said, turning to the rest of the group and Timothy turns as well, looking at their friends.

"W-W-We know where it is.. And n-next time, we'll be better prepared.." Bill said and Timothy looks down. "No!" Stan yelled and all of them look at him. "No next time, Bill! You're insane!" He yelled again and Timothy grabbed Bill's arm, shaking his head at the boy who looked at him then looked away. Timothy pulled his hand away before he spoke. "Why? We all know nobody in this shit town will do anything." He says, looking at them.

"Eddie was nearly killed!" Richie exclaims, holding his arm out, "and look at this motherfucker!" He says, pointing at Ben whose stomach was covered in blood, his shirt was ripped after the clown had clawed at him. "He's leaking hamburger helper!" Richie yelled and Timothy rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, fuck that, I'm not going back there." David said through gritted teeth from beside Mike. "We can't pretend it's gonna go away. Ben, you said it yourself, it comes back every twenty seven years." Beverly said and Timothy looks at Ben.

"Fine.." Ben says and Timothy furrowed his eyebrows. "I'll be fourty and far away from here." He says and he did have a point but Timothy didn't like the thought of other and possibly more innocent kids getting taken by.. whatever that was. "I thought you said you wanted to get out of this town too." Elise said towards Beverly who looked at her.

"Because I wanna run towards something.. Not away.." She says and Timothy looks at them before looking back at Bill. "I'm sorry, who invited Molly Ringwald into the group?!" Richie said, gesturing towards Beverly who raised her middle finger at him as Elise rolled her eyes.

"Richie," Stan started and Richie looks at him. "I'm just saying! Let's face facts. Real world." He says then looks at Bill and Timothy. "Georgie is dead." He says and Timothy sighs, looking at Bill. "Stop trying to get us killed too." Richie said, about to walk away but Bill stopped him. "Georgie is not dead!" He says, they both stood their guard.

"Bill." Timothy said, stepping closer. "You couldn't save him, but you can still save yourself." Richie said, about to walk past him again but Bill stopped him. Again. "No, t-t-take it back!" Bill said and Timothy looked at the others.

"You're scared. And we all are," Bill said, glancing at Timothy before looking back at Richie, "but take it back!" He yelled, shoving the boy. "Bill!" Timothy said, about to step between them but Richie shoved Bill back only to have Bill grab Richie by his collar and punch him across the face. "Bill!" Timothy yelled, rushing over and helping Richie up with Mike. "You're just a bunch of losers!" Richie said as he rushed up to his feet but Stan and Mike held him back as Timothy stood in front of him.

"Bill!" He says, turning to Bill who he holds back, "you're just a bunch of losers! You'll get yourselves ki-" "Shut up, Richie!" Timothy yelled, holding Bill back with Ben's help. "Stop!" Elise yelled, standing with Beverly between them and then Richie stopped, shoving Stan and Mike away. "This is what It wants." Beverly said as Timothy pulled his hands away from Bill who he avoided eye contact with, looking over at Beverly and Elise.

"It wants to divide us. We were all together when we hurt It." Beverly says, looking at Elise. "That's why we're still alive." Elise says next and then Richie spoke up, "Yeah?!" He says loudly. "Well I plan to keep it that way." He says before walking away, shoving both Timothy and Bill's shoulders on purpose as he walked past them, towards his bike.

Stan followed behind and Beverly and Elise only stood and watched them in disbelief. Ben eventually walks away too and Timothy finally looks at Bill. "Mike.." Beverly says when Mike walked past them. "Guys.. I can't do this. My grandad was right, I'm an outsider.. gotta stay that way." He says before walking away. "Mike.. Mike, please." David said and when he drove off on his bike, David scoffed. "Fuck this. None of you aren't worth shit, especially dying for.." The blonde said, walking over to his bike which he got onto, driving off. "Dave!" Elise called out and Timothy looked back at her.

"Let him be.." He whispers and looked at Bill. "I-I better head home." He says, wiping at his eyes before walking away and Bill sighed, looking at Elise and Beverly. "We need the others.." Elise says and Bill looks away, watching Timothy drive away as he bites his bottom lip, sighing.
