Part 14

Janes POV

Maura and I walked into BPD and to the cafe. I bought us some coffee then the both of us went to the bull pen. "Doc your back." Korsak said smiling. "Yes I was tired of sitting at home so I decided to come back to work."

"Well I'm glad your back."

"Thank you Sargent." Maura smiled at Korsak then back at me. She spotted my lock screen so I clicked out of it. "Janie what was that I just saw." Maura said leaning down to my keyboard and clicking the home button. Maura smiled. "I remember this." Maura smiled at the picture of us hugging after we went undercover. Maura giggled and kissed the top of my head. "Ok well I'm going down to autopsy."

"Bye Maura."

"Bye Doc."

Maura's POV

I walked out of the bull pen to the elevators. "Hey Maura, I didn't know you where back." Frankie said as he walked up next to me. "Got tired of sitting at home." I smiled at him. He stepped into the elevator with me. "Maura I have something I need to tell you."

"Ok." Frankie shut off the elevator and turned to me. "Maura I've liked you for a long time and...I was wondering if you'd like to go on a date. I know after everything that happened to you, you might be a little worried but-" I cut him off. "Frankie in sorry but I can't, I'm already involved with someone."

"What? Well is it serious?"

"Yes, I mean we haven't went all the way or anything but I love her."

"Her," Opps. "Your dating a woman?"

"Yes." Frankie looked furious. "Well I'm not letting her take this from me." Frankie pressed her hard against the elevator wall and kissed me. I tried to squirm out of his arms but he was to strong. Only thing I new to do was to knee him. So I did. He back off and I punch him. He fell, hitting his head on the railing, then he hit the floor. I started crying. How could he do that. I grabbed my phone and text Jane telling her to come to the elevator. I pressed the button and it started up. When the door opened Jane was standing there. She saw me crying and automatically wrapped her arms around me. "Maura what happened?" I pulled away and pointed to Frankie. Jane looked at me then to Frankie who was still passed out on the floor. "Frost Korsak come out here." The boys took Frankie down to autopsy until he wakes up. Jane walked me down to my office and sat on the couch with me. "Maur what happened?"

"F-Frankie got in the elevator with me. He told me he had something to tell me, then he shut the elevator off. He told me he had feelings for me and asked me out, but I told him no because I'm in a relationship. He lost it and pressed me up against the wall and kissed me. So I kneed him and punch him, then he fell back and hit his head." Jane rubbed my back and kissed my temple. "I swear I'm gonna kill him when he wakes up." I smiled a little and leaned on Janes shoulder. "A kiss would really make me feel better." I said quietly. "Maur the guys are right in the other room."

"Please..." I whined. "Ok. One kiss." Jane gave me a quick peck on the lips and I smiled. "Thank you." I said wrapping my arms tight around her.

Korsaks POV

"Did Jane just kiss doc?" Frost said as we watched the two women through the shades. "I think so..." I said smiling slyly. "Guys...whats going on..." Frankie groaned. We both turned around and saw him sitting up. "What the heck Frankie, why would you do that to doc." Frost said as we walked over. "I got mad."

"So you decided to forcefully kiss her."

"How did you know about that."

"She told me and Frost, but you shouldn't be worried about us, you should be worried about your sister. She's gonna beat the crap out of you when she finds out what you did to her girlfriend." Opps. "WHAT?!" Frankie jumped up from the table and stomped into Maura's office.

Maura's POV

Frankie came stomping in. "Your Maura's new girlfriend? How could you do this when you knew how I felt about her?" Frankie pushed me away and started to beat on Jane. "Frankie! STOP!" I yelled trying to get him off of her. Frost pulled him off and threw him on the ground. Jane was balled up and crying, and she was bleeding from her forehead. I went back to her and lifted her chin. "Baby are you ok." I asked stoking her cheek. She shook her head no. "Let me get something for that." I said looking at the gash on her forehead. I went and got some stuff to dress it with then I patched her up. Frost took Frankie away. I kissed Jane softly then pulled away. "Are you better now." Jane nodded and I smiled at her. Jane hugged me and nuzzled her nose into my neck.
