Before I realize it, the guys are climbing into the back with me. I can only stare, puzzled by their actions. "We'll ride with you, love, if you don't mind. She's a bit intimidating," Harry remarks, eliciting a giggle from me.
"You have no idea. So, tell me, where were y'all going anyway?"
"Well, we were just driving, and I took a wrong turn and somehow ended up here." Louis say's laughing.
"We told him he was going the wrong way, but he wouldn't listen." Niall adds.
"Where were you when you started?"
"Nashville," Liam declares, prompting my eyes to widen as I stifle a chuckle behind my hand.
"You do realize that you're about two hours away and in a different state, right?" They exchange glances, and it's clear they hadn't realized that.
"What state are we in love?" Harry asks with a smile on his face.
"Ummm, well, Kentucky," they exchange looks again, and I chuckle, adjusting my hat and sunglasses. As we pull into the long driveway, the guys gaze around. The drive is enveloped by trees, and it's absolutely stunning. The expressions on the boys' faces are unforgettable. "I swear we won't kill you," I assure them as they continue to take in the scenery. Upon reaching the entrance of the ranch, their eyes widen, and I can't help but smile; the view is indeed breathtaking.
"Do you live here?" Niall inquires, and I shake my head. The place is always beautiful, expansive yet private. The moment Josh parks, Kristen leaps out and circles the truck.
"Listen, Kristen, I mean it—if you go after them, I'm going to kick your ass. Just leave them alone and go fangirl elsewhere," I warn. Frustrated, she storms off into the house. We step outside, and they follow me onto the porch, settling into their seats.
"I'll go get you the phone," Josh says, leaving us outside. I look up at them, and I can't help but feel the awkwardness.
"So, you're famous?" They nod, chuckling. "What's One Direction?"
"We're a band," Harry says, running his hands through his long hair. Just as I'm about to respond, Tristan races up the driveway, prompting me to stand.
"Excuse me for a moment," I mutter, walking towards the driveway.

~~Harry's POV~~
We're seated on Maddie's porch when she heads towards the truck that has just arrived. I catch myself gazing at her; she's stunning, and their kindness is unbelievable. It's surprising that she didn't recognize us. A man steps out of the truck and scoops her up, slinging her over his shoulder, eliciting a squeal from her. He must be her boyfriend. She playfully hits his back as they approach the porch.
"Put me down Tristan." Her squeal echoes as she playfully smacks him once more. As he reaches the top step, he gently sets her down, glancing our way with a nod just when Josh approaches with the phone. Observing their interaction, it's clear they share a deep affection for each other. "What are you doing here douche?" she smacks his shoulder as she sits down in front of me, pulling her knees up to her chest, causing her oh so short shorts to ride up and I can't stop myself from looking. Louis elbows me in the ribs bringing my head up to look at him.
"Well, I didn't know you had company. I thought we could go riding or something." Maddie looks up and smiles.
"Where are my manners? Guys, this is Tristan," she says, gesturing towards the robust young lad who offers a smile. "Tristan, meet Louis, Niall, Liam, and Harry." She grins, and as he approaches, we each shake his hand in turn. Catching Maddie's eye, I offer a smile; she blushes and averts her gaze.
