~~Maddie's POV~~

I was in disbelief that it actually happened; we met Kacey and Little Big Town. Louis burst out laughing, saying "That's the perks of being friends with us love." I couldn't help but laugh at the comical expression that followed his remark. Now, we're lounging in a random bar the guys mentioned they visited previously. It's noisy, yet the level of privacy is unexpectedly high. I anticipated that with One Direction in town, we'd be dodging the public eye, but surprisingly, they've managed to assimilate seamlessly. I'm seated between Harry and Louis, observing Niall dance in a way that's uniquely his own.

"You know, I'm really shocked that he doesn't have back problems." I gesture with a nod towards the display on the floor.

"You know love he really thinks he good." Louis announces with a smirk. "We told him once that he looked like a fish out of water, and he didn't talk for like 2 hours." I watch as Niall begins to execute a move; I'm uncertain of its nature, but I now understand what Louis was referring to.

"What the hell is that?" We burst into laughter as Niall flails about, a bewildered expression on his face. "Is he for real?"

"Afraid so, love." Harry answers with a chuckle. I'm not sure what kind of bar we're in but it sure ain't one that plays country music. "What do you want to drink?" Harry asks standing.

"Surprise me." He scratches the back of his neck with a puzzled look. "Come on Styles, I'm really not that hard to please." He nods and makes his way to the bar.

"You know, Little Grey, you really make Haz happy." I turn to see Louis smiling. Looking up, I catch Harry observing Niall's amusing antics. A smile graces his face, and it's simply beautiful.

"I really don't know how I could make anyone happy. You know I wouldn't say this to Harry, but I kind of feel bad for you guys being here like this. I mean you guys have your own lives and here you are helping me through mine." Louis reaches over grabbing my hand.

"Little Grey, we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Believe it or not we love being here. You love make us feel normal and that's really something. We haven't felt normal in 5 years. You are like family to us whether you want to see that or not. I hate what happened to you, and I think Tristan would want you to move on and be happy. Whether that's finding someone to love or finding yourself somewhere else. At least that's the Tristan I got to know." Aware of his honesty, I let out a sigh and rise to embrace him.

"You know Louis people wouldn't believe me if I told them, you are quite smart." He laughs at that

"Well love don't tell anyone then." I smile at him as Harry returns holding a tray of drinks.

"Woah Styles, what couldn't make up your mind?" He sets the tray down on the table, chuckles, and takes a seat next to me.

"Well, they all sounded nice, so I just got them all." He selects one and tastes it. The berry is a vivid blue; he grins and hands it to me. "Try it. It's actually pretty good." I place the glass to my lips and take a little in my mouth. Wow that is good. I finish it off as they watch with amused faces.

"What? I'm ready to get this party started." Each of them picks up a glass and drinks. A waiter approaches our table as Shelly, Liam, and Josh take their seats with us.

"The guy out there who is having seizures said to bring these over to you." We burst into laughter as Niall gives us a thumbs up. It's hilarious. As we continue taking shots, I start to feel the alcohol's effects. While everyone else is dancing, Harry and I remain seated. I stand up, catching his gaze, and take his hand.

"Come on, Styles." I pull him onto the dance floor while the music blares.

"I really don't dance, Grey." He screams over the loud noise. I pout.
