We stayed inside that tunnel, which we soon found out from the tanned guy, is an abandoned road tunnel. Most of us were just too tired to move so we decided to just stay there for awhile.
“Why do you say we can’t stay in this tunnel until six again?” The mysterious looking guy asked curiously as he was catching his breath.
“They say this tunnel is haunted. As far as I know, people who drive at night here never pass that exit,” he said pointing at the exit in the left. We all followed with out gazes where his finger was pointing.
“Pft! That’s a lot of crap right there,” the other guy spoke up laughing.
“It’s up to you if you won’t believe me or not,” he said sounding annoyed as he put on his headphones.
I rolled my eyes. I was done with hanging out with these strangers. “Well, it had been fun escaping with you guys but I’m out of here,” I said as I sling my backpack on myself again.
“Hey you, stop!” I heard different voices shout out loud as I turned my back on them.
“I have a name you know. Don’t call me ‘you’,” I said annoyingly.
“Then can you at least give it to us? ‘Cause maybe you have forgotten but, we didn’t had time for introductions earlier,” said the other girl.
“Oh right,” I said laughing at myself for not remembering. “You guys first,” I said looking at them seriously.
They all looked at one another as if none of them wants to go first with the introduction but then the tanned one spoke up and said, “I’m Matsuru from Tokyo. Yuroshiku onegaisimasu,” he said bowing politely at us.
“Then if that’s the case, I’m Shuichi Kyubei. Nice to meet you,” the “fiancé” said happily.
“And I’m Haruka Genji. I’m her fiancé,” the other girl said as she started to cling on Shuichi’s arms again.
“Ryota…Ryota Kanada,” the mysterious looking dude introduced himself looking at me.
“Then I guess it’s my turn now. My name is…” but before I could finish my introduction, Ryota spoke up and said, “Fiory Akamatsu…you’re long away from home.”
“Akamatsu as in the Akamatsu food production company? Wow, that name is fancy!” Haruka said amazingly.
“How did you know,” I asked looking straight at Ryota, more pissed that he discovered my disguise quickly than confused of how he found out so fast.
“Your face is always on the cover of some random magazine. One out of ten people knows who you are,” he said cockily.
“Whatever. I’m out of here,” I said annoyingly.
“Do you even know where you’re going princess?” Ryota said again making the word ‘princess’ sounds foul rather than special.
“I’ll find a way,” I said desperate to get away. For some reason, Ryota can really get in my nerves.
“Ahh-I-I can help you. My dad lives around here so I know this place pretty well like I do Tokyo,” Matsuru said to me nervously.
