elements pt2

I looked at Pidge and noticed she was staring at me. I kept glancing at her through Coran's speech about us turning into are elements. I was in love with Pidge but she'd never like a guy like me. I can't believe I thought I was going gay for her... until now. I kept looking at her until I caught her looking at me.  We met eyes for a split second before averting our gaze. Afterward, we were dismissed. Pidge threw on her shirt and walked off. I went to follow but Shiro stopped me.

"Lance," he said.

"Yeah?" I asked back facing him. 

"If you ever hurt Pidge I'll break you in half," Shiro said.

I nodded and smiled, "I wouldn't dream of it... who could hurt someone so perfect anyways." I smiled.

Pidge pov.

My side ached and I walked down a few hallways before falling to the wall and sinking to the ground. 

"He'd never like me... what am I going to do?" I mumbled to myself. An intense burning sensation erupted from my side and I lifted my shirt to see a rose as a small bud on my gut. I whimpered at the pain and tried to stand up but fell right after. Lance came around the corner and helped me up with his one hand. My body seemed to glow when he touched me. 

"Pidge! whats wrong are you okay?" He asked. 

"Y-yeah I just need a drink... I guess," She said looking down. 

Lance helped Pidge to the kitchen where he gave Pidge a cup of water. She drank it and thanked Lance. 

"Sure thing," Lance said starting to walk away. 

"Hey, Lance?"

"Yeah?"

"I um... nevermind..." pidge looked back down and walked to her room. she was halfway to her room when lance collapsed. his arm was water. pidge picked him up which caused her body to glow again. she looked at him and sighed. 

I woke up in pidge's arms while she was carrying me somewhere. 

"damn it lance... how did I fall in love with you... now I'm gonna die cause I'm too coward to admit my feelings." I saw a tear hit the floor below me. I slowly stood up and looked at pidge. 

"You... love me?" I asked.

pidge froze, tears flowing from her eyes. she started to run but I grabbed her arm. she stopped and I pulled her back to me. I held her to my chest and stroked her hair. 

"pidge I love you too," I said. 

pidge pushed back. 

"no... you don't... not in the same way," she said.

"yes, I do. I really do love you. as in I am in love with you," I said. 

pidge stopped and stared at me with wide eyes. 

"y-you do?" she asked. 

"yes and I'll prove it." I said pulling her close. 

I kissed her. her body was warm, lips like soft leaves, skin like flower petals hair like long soft grass. she was beautiful.

pidge pov.

lance kissed me his skin like water and hair like sand. his lips felt like waves, crashing onto mine. I love him so much.
