Chapter 14

(Zuzanna)

The next morning I woke up feeling dizzy and my stomach was hurting. I pulled on one of Bucky's hoodies and put my hair into a messy bun. I walked into the bathroom and lay on the floor curling myself up into a ball. I don't have a clue why but it was comfortable.

"ZU WE HAVE TO LEAVE FOR SCHOOL NOW!" Millie screamed.

I couldn't be bothered to say anything so I lay there in silence.

"Zu?!" She exclaimed.

I heard footsteps come up the stairs then some doors opening and finally the bathroom door flung open.

"Oh my god Zu are you okay?" Millie asked whilst shaking me.

"Yes stop shaking me you're making my head hurt." I said weakly she looked at me then dropped her arms, I laid back down.

"Don't tell me you're feeling sick please don't leave me with the guys alone!" She looked at me I could tell she was afraid of something meh I thought i'm too tired to even think.

"You'll be fine I promise now go or you'll be late!" I told her she grinned.

"Geez you're so crabby today mum." She giggled then left me I heard them all shout goodbye then close my front door. I don't have a clue how long I was laying there on the floor, a few minutes maybe an hour. I eventually did try to get up but I was too heavy and lay back down.

Nat finally walked in and saw me lay face down on the floor.

"Zu you know there's something called a bed you could be in."She pulled me up I wobbled then regained my balance.

"Yeah but I was too heavy to get up." She looked me straight in the eye and burst out into laughter I was way too lazy to laugh at this point. She walked me into my room and put me in my bed.

"Thanks Nat." She smiled It was quite weird when she was home it was usually because she was going to university now and had more free time.

"How did you end up on the floor anyway?" She asked.

"Well I thought I was gonna throw up so I just lay there." I smiled weakly.

"Okay let's hope that none of your friends do something stupid whilst you're not there." I sat up and thought about it I was always the one getting Bucky out of trouble and Millie won't do that, in fact she'll either encourage him or join in, I sighed then fell onto my back.

"That's a good point."

"You shouldn't worry about them, just try to get to sleep." She got up and left the room she didn't even close the door. I groaned I tried to find something to throw at the door so it would close. I threw two pillows one of them missed but I threw the second one too weakly and it barely closed. I decided to just leave it because I couldn't be bothered to throw it. At one point I fell asleep and woke up two hours later to the sound of the front door slamming shut and Clint exclaiming "Hello."

I turned over to face my window I hoped that none of them got into trouble whilst I wasn't there, they might also steal after learning that I did. I remembered the look on their faces and grinned. "I should text Millie." I mumbled.

Me- 'Hey Mills is everything ok?'

Millie- 'Yeah kinda.'

Me- 'Why? What happened?'

Millie- 'Steve's acting up I don't know why and Buck's completely ignoring him.'

Me- 'Just try to knock some sense into him.'
