It's as if the world has turned against him.
The nightmare come true.
It seemed like a nightmare.
Yet there he was, staring straight into the lifeless face he loved.
And still loved.
That gasps that had filled the room now faded into silence. The faces of all, even the one believed to have no emotion, shocked, and blank. Tears dripped down to the ground, and faded into nothing but a stain. Ratchet looked with worry at his leader, then at Knockout, who just stood there, holding the hand of his gone femme. He shook, shaking violently while tears flowed down his cheeks, and landed on top of her golden highlights. His breaths choked in gasping sobs, as he just held her hand; supporting it, hoping to give her life in any way.
But somethings just can't be reversed.
"Knockout? You....ok?" Arcee asked feebly.
"Ok? What do you think? The LOVE of my LIFE just died in my hands by the TWISTED spark of our enemy, and you're asking me... IF I'M OK?!" He erupted in yells and accuses, not even turning to face her. Then, he froze, and slunk back down.
"I never even got to tell her...I love her." He choked out in a pain-filled voice, then erupted into sobs and tears.
"Lets give Knockout some space." Optimus suggested, and everybody flossed away form the door, leaving Knockout alone with his dead broken love.
~~~
"Optimus, this is breaking him! There has to be a way." Arcee exclaimed as soon as they stepped into the main room."There is no way. Arcee. As much as I wish there was, I see no possible solution."
"What about the Forge of Solus Prime?" Bulkhead asked.
"The Forge can only revive a Prime, Bulkhead. It would be useless to attempt."
"Well, the forge can turn any matter into something of chasing, right? So, why can't we just take some of her CNA and build her a new spark?" Bumblebee suggested, not taking his blaster off Soundwave, who stood there, motionless.
"That...could work." Arcee agreed.
"Theoretically, it is possible." Ratchet added. Optimus thought for a moment. The forge could make anything, and a spark is anything.
"There is no harm in try...." Suddenly, all the air escaped from inside him, and Optimus collapsed.
~~~"Optimus. Optimus, awaken!" A sweet voice echoed from the blackness that surrounded. The Prime layed on the ground, unconscious, but did not wake.
"He was always the heavy sleeper." The voice muttered. "Optimus, rise, I command you."
Still no answer. The voice grew annoyed.
"Wake up, you lazy pig! Don't make me slap you!"
Finally stirring, Optimus groaned slightly and rubbed his helm, then looked around.
"Alpha...Trion?"
"Incorrect." Listening to the voice again, Optimus now recognized it not as the voice of his mentor, but that of...
"Solus."
"Correct." The world around him brightened, and in front of him, stood the figure of Solus Prime, her shining hair glowing.
"How could you mistaken me for a mech? Really, I sound nothing like him!"
"At the time, I was...as the humans say....out of it. What is the reason for bringing me here?"
"Can I not visit my youngest non-biological brother? C'mere, you." Solus asked, and walked up and hugged the Prime, who huffed; he was never much of a hugger. Also, she was literally squeezing the life out of him. As soon as she pulled away, he took a deep gasp, and she smiled as if her mission was complete."
"You and I both know that is not the reason for bringing me here. If you had wished only to visit me, you would have done so in your spirit form, not brought me here."
