Teacher's Aid (Zayn Malik Fanfic)

Chapter 29.

"So Sky, we were thinking about me you and Lil going off-campus today for lunch." James said as we walked to 5th period, the class we have right before lunch.

"I can't today. Sorry." I frowned.

"But we never go off campus." James whined.

"You two go, make it a date or something, I have to talk to one of my teachers at lunch." I half-lied, as we entered the classroom and sat down in our seats.

It was also half-true though, at lunch I was gonna go and talk to Zayn and wish him happy birthday, I had ballons and his gift in my locker, I had told Jack it was one of my friends birthdays.

I had ended up not going to the party, instead I had went shopping for Zayn's present, with no idea of what to get him, and had failed, but ended up finding gifts for mum and the twins for the little christmas thing we are gonna have soon.

For Zayn, I was thinking to get him some art supplies, since I remembered him saying he was running out of certain stuff, so for our christmas, I was thinking to get him a couple canvases and some new paint, maybe some paint brushes or something.

For Mum, I had gotten her a couple jumpers along with a new coffee maker, one of those keureg ones that made personal pots or something.

For Jack, I had gotten him a new camera, along with a tripod.

For Finn, I got him a fancy watch that he's had his eye on for a couple weeks.

All of it cost quite a bit of money, and I had to dig into the money I had saved up for a car.

But I would easily get money again when I started working, which was in two days, I also had dance tonight.

"Skylar." James whispered nudging me.

"Skylar, do you know the answer?" Our teacher rose an eyebrow.

My eyes widened, my cheeks heating up as I looked at the board.

"Yeah, it's uh, Boron, Magnesuim, and Iron."

"Correct." She said before turning back to the board and writing some stuff.

"Nice job." James smirked.

"Quiet James." Our teacher snapped.

I giggled, James blushing as I nudged him in the arm.

"What were you thinking about? Ms. Day Dreamer." He chuckled.

"Nothing." I laughed softly before turning back to the board.

"Shhhh, I need to pay attention." I shushed him.

He put his hands up in surrender before paying attention as well.

"I'll see you and Lily afterschool? Maybe we can hang out at my house." I said as the bell rang and we packed up our stuff.

"Sure, I'll let her know." He said as we walked out of the room.

"Alright, see ya." I smiled.

He kissed my cheek before waving at me and jogging down the hall to where Lily was.

I sighed and went to my locker, grabbing the present and the ballons, the halls were practically empty so I quickly ran down to Zayn's classroom.

I stopped in front of his classroom, adjusting my outfit, and making sure my maroon vans were tied.
