Zayn's POV
I kissed her lips a few more times before rolling over, making sure Ellie was okay and breathing.
She was, sleeping peacefully, little yawns coming from her mouth.
Skylar turned around again, laying on her side.
"You're still mad?" I frowned.
"What? No. I was never mad."
"Jealous?" I asked softly.
"Jealous? Of what?"
"Me paying so much attention to Ellie." I said, grabbing her hand and turning her over so she was facing me.
"No? I know babies need to like, I don't know how to say it."
"I know they have to be the center of attention."
"Good." I said, scooting myself closer to her.
I layed down on my back, Skylar laying her head on my bicep, my arm wrapping around her.
"You finished all your homeowork?" I asked.
She nodded, her breathing slowing down.
"I'm just.. so tired." She yawned.
"Sleep then, baby." I said, kissing her forehead.
She snuggled closer to me, closing her eyes.

"I'm back." Skylar shouted, her voice echoing throughout my flat.
"What did you get?" I asked, walking into my kitchen, carrying Ellie in my arms.
"McDonalds."
"Did you get Ellie anything?"
"Zayn... She doesn't have teeth yet..."
"Right."
"I mean she does, but she doesn--"
"I get it. What did you get me?" I licked my lips, placing Ellie in the carrier thing, Ellie instantly falling asleep.
I had just fed her and burped her, and was putting her down for yet another nap.
Meanwhile, I was starving, looking after a baby really worked up your appitite.
"I got you a double double, large fries, and a cookie. And a pepsi, like you said." She said, getting the stuff out of the bag and handing it to me.
"Thank you. I'm starving." I groaned opening all my food up and putting it on a plate.
"I know, I can hear your stomach growling." She laughed.
"What did you get?" I asked, sitting down in the chair in the small dining table I had.
"I got a 20 pack of chicken nuggets so that you can have some too, a large fries, a pepsi, and I bought this pie thing."
"You going to finish all that?" I bit my lip.
"I'm going to try." She sighed.
"Good." I grinned, kissing her hand as she sat across from me.
The rest of the day was fairly boring, we simply watched TV, I cleaned the house a little bit, and that's about it.
Skylar and I were about to take Ellie for a stroll, that is until it started pouring rain just as we were about to leave.
