Hello!! I decided to type up a Halloween special cuz why not? Plz wish my doggo happ birthday, that's why she was named Boo.

Anyways! The timeline is in the palace, when they are still kids, where Kurai tells the others about Halloween when she went out to town. Excited by this, Yona pleads with her father to have a Halloween party, where everyone has to dress up. The best costume team wins a prize, the judges being the crowd of people watching.

Kurai's P.O.V.~

I hummed to myself as I ventured down the streets, content with the new weapons I got myself. Well, and Hak as a congratulatory gift in getting promoted to Yona-hime's bodyguard. A beautiful strong Guandao, very strong and perfect for him!

"-what are you gonna do for Halloween?? It's in a week!!"

I stopped in my tracks, deciding to go at a snail's pace while I listening in on their conversation. Halloween?

"Ah. I'm having trouble thinking of what to dress up this year. Any ideas?"

"Why not a tiger? Or maybe even a lion!"

"Never tried that! Ah, I wish the palace would celebrate Halloween!~"

"Pah! I doubt they even know of the day!"

I recoiled, walking away. Excuse me, did you just assume what we don't know and know???! You should be greatly offended!!

I smirked, dashing for the palace gates. I'll show them!! We'll celebrate Halloween!!

"Lady Kurai! Why are in a rush?" The guard asked and I skidded to a stop.

"Ah! I overheard some people talking about day called Halloween! I wanna introduce it to the palace." I explained, hopping from one foot to the other.

"Oh! That would be refreshing. Please do try and convince Yona-hime." One of them, his name was Kaito (TaterBitch ) called out to me, in which I was was already running away.

"Will do!" I shouted over my shoulder, taking a sharp right and narrowly avoiding a servant.

"Gomen!"

I took a left and saw Yona-hime's chambers up ahead. Running faster, I threw open the door and lost my footing, crashing into someone's back in which they crashed into someone who stopped the three of them.

"Sorry Soo-won! I just heard some interesting news!" I exclaimed, helping him up from Hak's back.

"It's fine. What did you hear?" The feminine boy asked and my older brother turned towards me with expectation.

"Well, I heard of this really cool day called Halloween. Basically, people dress up as anything or anybody! I don't understand the meaning of it but it sounds fun! I wanna dress up as a warrior so I was hoping if Yona-hime would allow a day to be celebrated." I explained, looking at the red-haired princess.

"That sounds fun! I wanna ask Oto-san if we can celebrate it!" She giggled and I grinned.

"Hak, what are you gonna dress up as?" I turned to him in which he shrugged.

"Sounds stupid to me."

"Hey! It is not!" I huffed, crossing my arms. "Besides, I wanna prove some villagers wrong. They said how we would never celebrate Halloween and how we don't even know of it."

Hak's eyes lit with fire in which I grinned at.

"Oh? I guess the circumstances have changed. Princess, make sure to convince your father." Hak stated, looking over at the Princess of Kouka who threw a fist into the air.
