Nandini's POV:

'AWKWARD'

I think I should stamp it on my forehead bcz that's what I was feeling. After that room incident, I didn't talk with him. We practically avoided each other. I was much sober without any amount of alcohol from last night and started cursing myself.

Where are u Miss Brain? Were u on leave or something? Or did u just left without any notice. Either way why didn't u stopped me from what I was doing? U could have made my body limp or anything!

The intercom rang and I know I can't avoid it for third time. He told me to go to his cabin. I hesitantly stood up but the phone rang and I was praying that it could me an excuse..

"Sir, Murat sir is waiting for u to join him so that you both can go and inspect the field." I said in a very professional tune.

"Ok" He said after a pause and I tried to walk out..

"Did I tell u to go back Miss Mathur."

"No sir."

"Lock the door."

"What!"

"Just lock it." He hissed... And I did what he said.

"Are u trying to avoid me?" he said getting up from his chair.

"Of course not. Why should I? Sir, ur brother is waiting for you so I think you should go right now."

"Let me clear one thing. Whatever happened and what was about to happen, I don't regret it in fact I love it and I will keep doing that every time I get the opportunity." He said coming too close.

I tried to push him away but he jold my hands and pinned them above my head on the door.

"What are u doing?! And nothing was about to happen yesterday."

"We both know what was about to happen so stop denying it and it would be good too if u stop resisting me."

"Whatever happened it was a plain mistake. It would never happen again. I will always resist u Mr. Malhotra." I hissed..

"I will like to see u try.." He smirked but before he could do something his phone rang..

"see u later" he said and got out of the cabin..

I started cursing him and got back to my work.. I had to schedule his whole week after sending important mails. I had to make sure that the storeroom was cleaned perfectly.

I tied a scarf around my head and covered half of my face. Storeroom was full of dust and the workers already started cleaning it. I had to instructed them what to do and not.

It was almost lunch time when it was finally cleaned. I went to the washroom to freshen up.. After that I had my lunch with Zena, the receptionist.

I came back to my cabin and got a call from my friend Serena.

"Nandu help!"

"What's wrong? Is everything okay?"

"I forgot that today Max's colleague's are coming to have dinner. I managed everything but I need ur help with the dessert."

"Oh no! I am at office,how can I make u dessert."

"I just need 30 cupcakes.."

"30! Brought them from bakery."

"They can't give us bcz they don't have extra cupcakes and if I buy from different shops it won't taste same. So pretty please."
