"Oh... Hey..." Seulgi silently greeted as Taeil came into the kitchen. Seeing her state, he felt terrible. Even though he was not the leader, he still held a position by being the eldest, and was always making sure everyone was taken care of properly. With a heart like so, he could not help but look at Seulgi as someone else in his life.

"Listen, I apologise for what happened earlier." he said, turning her to him. "Jaehyun... He's not really a person with emotions. He only follows Taeyong around, so..."

"It's fine." she cut him off. "I was dumb to think that was a good idea." she said, leaning against the counter cross armed.

"Well hey, if it means anything, you're sandwiches were good. And that's the first time we got work done in time without anyone having to cook or order, or finishing on an empty stomach. Thanks for that." he said smiling at her. Seulgi looked up and smiled back hearing his compliment, and he started patting her head. "You remind me of my sister." he suddenly said.

"You have a sister?" she asked cocking her head.

"Yes." he replied as his smile became a sad one. "She's normal. When we found out I was a Green Irregular, she told me to stay, but... I was too scared to. I was scared I'd hurt them somehow, so I ran away." he said looking down.

"You must miss them." she commented, knowing now they must feel worse than she does.

"We all do. But, as time went by, we became a family too. Though we miss our real families, we're still pretty happy together." he smiled.

Seulgi thought hard. If she does end up staying with them longer, she should accept them like family too. But if she did, she wondered how they were able to hide away for so long. "How did all of you survive like this? How did you hide for so long?" she asked as she sat down, followed by Taeil.

"Like me some of us ran away," he started, "while some of them were kicked out for being Irregular, because their parents didn't want to bear with them being taken away."

"What?" probably the most confusing thing she had heard all day.

"Well, they weren't really kicked out. They were sent away, but with help. Basically their families sent them out so the AIS wouldn't get them, and cut all contact to be unable to track them. They just hope their children would come back healthy and strong one day." he sighed.

"Oh." silence filled up as they both stared at the floor, unintentionally thinking of the same thing. Their families.

"I need to get back up." Taeil broke the silence seeing the time. "See you later. Oh, and if you're bored, we have a gaming room and a library upstairs, so feel free to use them." he smiled before taking his leave.

Seulgi stayed there for a while, head on her arm as her finger tapped the table. She thought about anything and everything coming to her mind, amusing herself with her thoughts. As time passed, she was filled with boredom. Remembering Taeil's words, she decided to go to the library. Gaming was not her type, and she's always preferred to read books, finding fun in learning new things.

Her hand traced over the books as she looked through the shelf for something to read. When she did find one, she sat on the sofa in the middle of the room and read. One book after the other, Seulgi finished three books in the span of two hours, before hunger took over. She sighed closing the book and pet her stomach, and gasped when she looked at the clock, realising time had gone by more than she had thought. She decided it was best if she had dinner now, wanting to avoid anyone else for the time being.

Entering the kitchen, Seulgi heard noises as someone scurried around. Nearing the entrance, she jumped back as a loud crash took place.

"Oh my God!" she heard a voice yell in pain.
