Some weeks later....

Alex walked on the beach with Montegro. The bruises were long gone and everything went back to normal. Unlike every other gang society, when Rodrigo was killed, the entire association broke down like Lego blocks. She looked up at him as he looked down. Even though their gazes slayed each other's, his never failed to make shivers crawl up her spine.

"Alex." He smiled, causing her to smile. He held the sides of her face. "I can't live without you, you give my life and take the breath right out of my lungs. You are my moon my sun, my life revolves around. I find your presence addicting and I will gladly indulge myself in this addiction."

Where was all of this coming from? Was something going to happen? He smiled and his hands fell to his side. Alex couldn't be more confused. What was going on? Was she missing something? Then his next move cleared all her confusion. Montegro went down on one knee.

"Alexandria Kane, would you do me the honor of becoming my world, my wife?" he asked. She couldn't breathe, she couldn't even speak; emotions clogged every portal for her. She nodded frantically and began to cry. Tears of happiness. He slipped a diamond ring on to her finger and grabbed her, lifting her off the ground. She squealed and laughed. Montegro laughed as well. This was the happiest moment of his life.

Javier walked with Emi in the mall. She was preoccupied with looking at her surroundings that she didn't even notice him looking at her. She sighed and slowly her eyes made contact with his. He loved her so much, everything was perfect about her. Everything.

"Emilia, i- I have something to tell you." He began, he was a nervous mess. She nodded encouraging to continue. "You are by far the greatest thing that ever happened to me. You can take me down with a smile and bring me right back up again. You have total control over me. I can't get enough of you and I want you all for myself." He said as he went down on one knee.

"That's why I want you to be mine forever, so will you marry me Ms. Rose?" Emi's eyes began to shed tears as she looked down at him, she covered her mouth but she nodded and said a teary "yes" to him. He slipped a beautiful diamond ring on to her finger and pulled her to him as he got up, kissing her cheeks and lips. They hadn't realized but everyone around them in the mall stopped and looked on. The applause was deafening as people cheered on happily.

When they returned home, Alex and Montegro were sitting, watching TV and eating something. So Javier and emi decided to sit with them as well. Javier and Emi sandwiched Montegro and Alex on the couch. The news spilled of the Montes gang being crushed and the police were working hard to make sure they gang didn't rebound and try to rebuild itself.

Earlier in the day, Duncan had called both girls in. when they went, he told them he was putting a premature stop to the probation period, he had already signed off on it and sent it to the courts. As of today, both of the Mundo cousins were free to go. The news seemed like the best they could've ever heard but the day got better when the boys proposed to them.

They told the boys and they literally jumped for joy. The actions almost killed the girls with laughter. Something caught emi's eye, it was shining and it was coming from Alex's hand. She grabbed her best friend's hand and beamed in happiness. Alex blushed but then grabbed her hand and looked at the ring on her finger. They hugged each other and laughed. Both Montegro and Javier grinned knowingly.

"You guys knew this all the time didn't you?" Alex asked, they said nothing but smiled.

"And you didn't want to mention anything to us?" Emi said, she had a pillow in hand and Alex grabbed another one. They were going to pay!

"I hope these pillow wipes those smug looks off your pretty faces!" the girls said as they plundered the boys-their fiancés- with a pillow fight. The boys scampered away but they honestly couldn't get away from their reach as jumped off the top of the couch and onto Montegro. Emi dove and slammed Javier to the floor.

"Ouch!" they exclaimed. The girls smiled.

"As they say boys-" emi began.

"Love is pain." Alex finished the sentence.

A couple months later...

"I don't think I'm ready for this." Emi muttered to herself. Actually no I wasn't really a mutter because she looked as if she was going nuts. Both Genevieve and her mother smiled as Emi kept on ranting and panicking. Alex walked over to her best friend and tried to pacify her. She was more than nervous, her heart slammed back and forth in her chest. She held on to Emi's hand and reassured her. Julietta walked in and almost burst into tears as her sisters in law, Adonia, Javier's mother and Magdalena, Lazarus and Amadeo's mother walked in with her.

"Dios mio, you two look like fallen angels!" she helped Alex fix her crown and the trail of her dress as Adonia fixed Emi's veil. Of course Emi's parents were here but she only spoke to her father who apologized for not doing anything about Cynthia. Magdalena made sure that everything looked perfect.

She opened the doors and the music began playing. Both girls looked at each other before walking down the aisle. Montegro and Javier stood looking at them in awe because the women they were about to marry looked angelic and perfect. They stood next to their partner and couldn't take their eyes off of them. The procession went by without any bumps.

"You may now kiss the bride." The priest said and both men lifted the veils and kissed the woman they loved. The entire room was engulfed in cheers and the newly wed couples laughed. After the wedding, Montegro introduced her to some of his friends.

"Well, well, well, it seems you got yourself tied down man, to a very beautiful little lady." Alex heard a voice from the back and when they both turned around, there was a man standing, smirking as he held on to his drink.

"Alex, this is Rogue Valotelli." Montegro said "And Rouge, this is my wife Alex." It then clicked to Alex. Rogue Valotelli. She took a step closer to Montegro. Rogue Valotelli was Hades plus Kronos plus Ares in human blood and flesh. No one dared to mess with this man. He looked like sin. Alex figured out the all the gangsters she seemed to know now looked like fallen angels or hellishly good looking demons whichever one, it just described the perfection of their looks.

"No need to be afraid of him besides he's my best friend." Montegro said and reassured her with a warm smile. Before she could retort something, gunshots rang out in the air and when she turned back, there were a few men standing with guns in the air and as she learned from Montegro, the tally charts that were on their necks told her they were ex members of the fallen Montes gang. Both Rogue and Montegro stiffened and wanted to go forward but Alex put her hand in front of them.

"Let us deal with this." She said before whistling for emi. They both walked up to the small gang of men. Rogue looked at Montegro with a questionable look but Montegro himself couldn't do anything. Javier walked to his cousins and soon Amadeo and Lazarus joined them.

"You honestly have a lot of guts coming here." Alex said. The men had seriously ugly faces and wore ragged clothes.

"What are you going to do about it princesa? Kick me in my shin?"

"No I won't kick you in your shin-" they walked up closer to the men and the once innocent expression they had on their faces now turned into a murderous one. "Because that isn't how this princess fights." She grabbed his head and pulled it down as she brought up her knee and slammed it into his nose bridge. The man fell back unconscious. Emi grabbed to knives from the table and sent them flying at the other men's faces. Screams were heard and then their bodies fell to the floor. The other man tried to lunge at Alex but she pulled away and judo kicked him in the face.

"That's how we fight." She straightened her dress and neatened her hair before returning to the conversation. Emi walked along with her and introduced herself to Rogue as all of them stood watching them in awe for the umpteenth time. Duncan called the station and soon they were here to pick up the men, the police just nodded at Alex and Emi as they passed. Everything went back to normal.
