You apply your red lipstick to your lips and smack your lips together while you stare at your costume.
You decided to celebrate Halloween dressed as a gothic vampire, you liked the idea but it was hard to slip on the outfit, latex was never something to wear and you had to get a helping hand from Lisa.
It was Halloween night and you and your friends were going to celebrate it at a party in Hongdae.
You fix your grayish white wig on your head and take a step back to admire your work.
You weren't really in the mood to have fun but you had promised Lisa and Rosé that you would join them.
Mark was tagging along with his friends as well and you were decided to have a talk with him. You hadn't seen him since that night you found Taehyung making out with another girl so tonight was the first time you were seeing in awhile.
Speaking of Taehyung...
You sigh just as your phone vibrates on your night table. You walk over and grab it only to see a text from Jungkook.
Jungkook: I hope you're going to make it tonight
You bite your lip, deep in thought. Since Monday you've been distant with him and you knew he could feel it.
You didn't want to hurt him but you just couldn't push way the idea that what happened to Taehyung was your fault.
If you hadn't come between him and his friends maybe he wouldn't have done what he did, maybe he wouldn't have been so angry and hopeless, so confused about what he felt that he'd want to end his life.
You didn't know how deeply all of this had been affecting him.
FLASHBACK
You wrap your arms around yourself as you watch the ambulance drive away.
Your heart was still beating extremely fast against your chest but you were relieved he was going to be okay.
Jungkook slowly joins you on the sidewalk and you both just stand there.
"How's Jimin?" you ask breaking the silence and he shoves his hands into his pockets.
"Jin hyung made him some tea, he's still shaken up but he'll be fine" he says softly and you nod and turn to him.
"You're all going to the hospital right?" you ask and he looks down at you and nods.
