Y /N's POV
On the ride back to your apartment you try to sleep but Jungkook holds your hand in his pressing little kisses on the back as he drives and you can't help but smile, drifting off from time to time only to wake up your hand still in his, scarlet red lips pressed to your skin.
The car finally pulls to a stop and you slowly open your eyes to look at him.
He's leaning back in his seat now, head tilted back against the head rest, the hood of his grey sweatshirt over his dark hair, bangs still very visible over his doe eyes.
"We've arrived" he tells you softly and you give him a little smile, shifting a bit in your seat to look at him.
You're tired and can't wait to fall into your bed and sleep but your heart aches a little at the thought of parting from him, it was weird.
You just wanted to snuggle against his chest, taking in his scent and his warmth, you didn't even care where it was, it could even be in his car, it smelled just like him.
He looks down at your hand in his "you have to work tomorrow, right?" he asks and you nod tiredly
He sighs and brings your hand back to his lips, shutting his eyes
"I have work too, Yoongi hyung and I are going to meet up with the production team to decide certain things for his music video" he tells you and you smile at this news.
"That's great" you say
"I don't know what time we'll be done" he says turning his neck to look at you
"It's okay you know" you say quietly and he sighs and looks out the window for a moment.
You can tell he has something on his mind but doesn't know how to say it, so you give him a gentle push.
"What's on your mind?" you ask in a whisper and he slowly turns back to you with a soft gaze in his eyes.
"I know my words earlier really shocked and I'm just scared that..." he pauses and looks down at your hand in his
"That I'll run back to Taehyung because of it?" you ask and he slowly lifts his eyes from your hand to look at you and gives you a little nod.
This time it's your turn to look out the window.
It wasn't that you were thinking of running back to Taehyung, that's not how it worked, despite Jungkook not believing in marriage and having children he had explained to you why those were his beliefs and he had a point and yet...
