apples are extremely rich in antioxidants, flavonoids + dietary fiber. they decrease the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes + hypertension. they're 86% water and can also be good for lowering cholesterol.
↣ oranges
oranges have a high amount of vitamin C. they keep your immune system healthy and prevent you from getting colds + ear infections. they help protect your skin + prevent you from skin damage. oranges also control your blood sugar level. they're 87% water.
↣ mangoes
mangoes can protect your eyes and keep them healthy. they also prevent asthma, cancer, bone diseases + heart diseases. mangoes can keep your skin and hair looking fresh and healthy. they also make digestion easier. they're 83% water.
↣ kiwis
kiwis contain good nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin K + vitamin E. they absorb a good amount of iron in your body and helps you keep a healthy cardiovascular system. kiwis can also boost your immune system and reduce risks of eye problems. they're 83% water.

blueberries are low in calories but high in nutrients; fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K + manganese. they also contain a high amount of antioxidant which reduces DNA damage which can help protect against aging and cancer. they're 85% water.
