Seungkwan's pov
Everyone knows that y/n is single. She never had a boyfriend, nor have mutual feelings with anyone. However, I had liked her for years now. I doubt that she would even accept my feelings.
"Seungkwan, where are you going?" My brother, Seokmin, asked.
"I'm going to see my crush. I have to visit her, you know that."
"I don't care who that is, but you are supposed to take care of my sons." He then left the room.
I sighed. If only his wife was still here. I looked at my two little nephews and gave them a smile.
"Uncle, how's your crush?"
"She's fine, I guess." I replied.
"Sorry if we bothered you. Daddy is just worried for us."
I gave them a hug. They always ask about my crush everyday. They're so cute and caring. The rest of my day was spent with them.
Seokmin had been busy for a week and the next week, he told me that he was getting married with his new wife. I was invited as his brother, but I had a busy schedule at work. I didn't get the chance to attend and see his new lover.
"y/n, how are you and what are you doing?" I asked as I saw her at the office.
She picked up all her stuff and left the office empty. What's happening?
"I'm okay. I decided to quit this job because I have a new job now." She smiled at me.
Before she walked away, there was something shiny on her finger.
"I'll see you later, bye." She left hurriedly. There's a later?
When I arrived home, I heard my nephews running around and laughing. I opened the door and to my surprise, I saw my new sister-in-law.
"Mommy, that's uncle." One of my nephews pointed at me.
Mommy? They call her 'mommy' now? How can they move on so fast? It seems that they like their new mother and she likes them too.
"Hello, Seungkwan. It's great to see you here." She greeted.
"Is this what you meant by 'see you later'?" That's the first thing I asked her.
She looked at me confusingly. "Yes, why? Don't you want to see me?"
I grit my teeth and clenched my fists. Just in time, Seokmin arrived from work. He went up to his new wife and kissed her on the lips.
"Yah, Dokyeom. She's your wife?" I can't believe it, I need confirmation.
"Yes, y/n is my wife. She's lovely, right?" Seokmin smiled at her and kissed her forehead.
She's more than lovely to me.
"Kyeomie, I cooked dinner. Go eat with these two, I bet you're all hungry." y/n said to her husband.
Great, I'm left alone with her.
"y/n..."
"Hmm?"
"Why did you quit your job?"
"I told you that I have a new job and that is to take care of my husband's children." She even gave me a smile. Is she really happy?
Husband. I hate her saying that.
"Why didn't you tell me that you were getting married to my brother? I thought you weren't interested in relationships? I didn't even know that you knew each other. The fact that you weren't even Dokyeom's girlfriend and you got married to him directly is just crazy."
Her face changed into a serious one.
"Seungkwan, I know that I don't like relationships. I never had a boyfriend, but I'm doing this for the sake of his children. You do know that his first wife died, so I just agreed to marry him because I didn't want his children to grow up without a mother. This is for the children, not for me."
I looked away because she looked at me as if she was about to cry.
"y/n, I loved you for years. I never thought that my brother would choose to love you as his wife."
It was quiet, I knew she was speechless.
"Do you possibly love Dokyeom?"
That was my last question, before I finally end my feelings for her and before I treat her as my family.
"This is the first time I actually love someone. If I didn't love him at the day of our wedding, I would have never said 'I do'. Did that answer my question?"
"It answered all my questions, all the questions I haven't asked yet."
I stood up and went to the kitchen. y/n followed and sat beside Seokmin. The way they laughed together as a family made me happy. I sat beside my nephew and he tapped my arm.
"Mommy, did you know that uncle has a crush? Uncle, how was she?"
I glanced at y/n and she just stared at me. Seokmin also stared at me and I smiled at my nephew.
"I don't have a crush anymore; but don't worry, she's doing good. She's happy now and I'm happy."
