Walking into the living room, jimin sits on one couch, while taehyung and yoongi sit on the other.

"So..." jimin says, "where do you go to school? I haven't seen you around at Williams, but I know some of your pack mates go there?"

Yoongi replies, "youre right, some of our pack does go there, but because we are also on the totally opposite side of town, some of us chose to go to Hamilton. It's in the next town," jimin nods, showing he knows where it is, "but it takes less time for us to get there. We have to drive of course, which is also why the kids who go to Williams have to stay there, because they're still given access to the buses."

"Oh! That makes sense."

Yoongi hums in response, this time being the one to ask, "why aren't you fighting? You look strong enough," eyeing jimins obvious muscles poking out.

Jimin laughs, blushing a little from embarrassment at the fact he isn't allowed to fight.

He replies, "haha, yeah. well you see.. my boyfriend. He's Jungkook- the next alpha. But this is his first time going and leading a pack mission. So his dad didn't want me to distract him. Also, I haven't had any training in fighting. But as soon as they get back, he promised to train with me so I could help out next time."

"Oh! You have a boyfriend?" Yoongi questions in surprise.

"Yes. We've been together for a few years now," jimin replies, smiling at the thought of his boyfriend.

"Do you have a picture?," this time the question comes from taehyung.

Jimin looks up, a little surprised at the boys clear and deep voice, not expecting him to be such a confident talker.

"Uh, um.. y-yes. Yeah. I do. Hold on." Jimin stutters a little bit, but pulls his phone out to look for a picture of his boyfriend.

Clicking on one picture, he hands his phone over to taehyung, who takes it in his slender hand.

Taehyung looks at the picture and then back up at jimin smiling, "he's very attractive. You both are. You're lucky to have such a nice relationship."

"Thank you! That means a lot"

"But what about mates? You're not each other's mate right?" Yoongi cuts in.

Jimins smile falters a little, and taehyung slaps yoongi on the arm, but he replies, "no. You're right. We aren't mates. But I love him more than anything, and I know he feels the same with me. He's promised me that if his mate ever showed up, he wouldn't accept them, and continue to stay with me. And I would do the same. In a heartbeat. I know that for sure."

The room becomes quiet, as the other two boys stare at jimin, keeping their opinions to themselves.

Yoongi knows how powerful a mate bond can be.

Taehyung too. Especially as an omega, the bond with their mates always prove to be the strongest.

But before yoongi can make another comment, upsetting jimin more, taehyung says, "well I'm glad you two have agreed on that. You look very happy, and that's all someone deserves. Happiness. Besides, both of your mates might never show up anyways, so there's nothing wrong with preparing for the future ahead of time."

Jimin smiles at the boy. He's really taken a liking to him.

"Do you want a tour of the house? I'll show you the rooms and stuff too," jimin asks.

"Why not? Yoongi, you coming?" Taehyung replies, standing up and looking at his friend who hasn't moved yet.

"Nah, I think imma just sleep here. Find me when the room situation is figured out though" yoongi says, turning to lay down on the small couch.

Shrugging taehyung looks to jimin, "ready when you are."

Glancing at yoongi, jimin walks out, ready to show his new friend around.
