Epilogue

One year later

"You ready kookie?" Taehyung asks, watching his mate finish getting dressed in the mirror.

Jungkook smiles at taehyung in the reflection, "with you by my side? I'm ready for anything"

Taehyung throws a shirt at the older, "you're such a charmer."

Jungkook sticks his tongue out and finishes buttoning up his shirt. He turns around to face taehyung, "and what about you? Are you ready?"

"Yeah- yeah I think so. I just... don't wanna disappoint your pack or your parents, you know? I mean, everyone was expecting jimin to be in my place, and he's- wow. And I'm- meh." Taehyung answers truthfully, pouting slightly.

"Tae~ everyone loves you. My parents adore you. You were made for this- literally, but even if you weren't destined to be my mate, you'd still be the perfect choice for a Luna, got it?" Jungkook carefully takes taehyungs face in his hands, tilting it so they're able to look in each other's eyes.

"Okay kookie.." taehyung answers through squished lips. 

"lets get going- we gotta go before jin comes up here yelling at us." Jungkook pulls taehyung up and they lock hands, ready to go downstairs.

Taehyung stays quiet at jungkooks side, messing with the sleeves at his shirt. He feels somewhat confident in becoming part of jungkooks family, but he's definitely not confident with the pack members.
And shouldn't you be able to put on a strong facade for the people you're going to be viewed by as a Luna?

Reaching the bottom of the stairs taehyung hears a squeal, "TAE BABY YOU LOOK SO STINKING CUTE!"

The younger giggles, "thank you jinnie!"

"Ahem," Jungkook lets out an obviously fake cough, "what about me?"

"Yeah yeah you look fine too," Jin tells him, waving his hand in the air.

Jungkook fakes a pout, at which taehyung smiles up at him for, "Aw kookie, you look so handsome."

Smirking, jungkook wraps an arm around taehyungs waist, "Thanks baby"

"Hey now, save room for Jesus," another voice adds in.

"Hobi!" Taehyung is the one to squeal this time, running up to his brother and jumping in his arms.

"Hey bub," Hoseok laughs, "and hey there jungkook"

Jungkook smiles as the two, "hey"

"How's my baby?" Hoseok questions, squeezing taehyung before he sets him down.

"M'good."

"Yeah, sure you are. But ask all the people in the pack house if they're good and they'll say no-" Jin chimes in.

"And why's that?"

"No one got any sleep last night; you would think after a year of listening to these two go at it with each other, people would start to get used to ignoring the sounds, but last night sounded even crazier than usual," Jin informs Hoseok, looking down at his nails as if he were telling the forecast for the day. Jungkook and taehyung turn bright red, suddenly finding the floor very interesting.

"WHAT" Hoseok shrieks.

"Yeah, guess you could say there hasn't been any room for Jesus in a long time"

Hoseok shakes his head, "I knew they did it when they mated, but it's been a year for gods sake!"

"Yeah, a whole year of acting like Jungkook just got back from a two year trip and taehyung is the wife waiting for her knight in shinning armor, and when they finally see each other again, they get to baby making. Every. Single. Night. And. Day."
