I knocked on Beaumont's office door, "s-sir?"

He called me in and motioned for me to sit down.

I didn't know Rye was in there, but he didn't seem to be going anywhere so i sat down carefully, looking up at my boss.

"Who, in here, knows about you two?" he pointed between Rye and i.

I raised a brow. Looking over at Rye, he was as suprised as i was, "what? Why?"

"Who?!"

"Just Jack," Rye answered, "but like, Jack's known from the start."

Beaumont shook his head, "then i suggest you both tone it down because he's not the only one."

"What do you mean?" my eyes widened.

"I mean..." he started, clearly not thrilled, "...that someone is trying to get you fired."

"What?!"

"I've had a few messages, anonymous, warning me about you," he raised a brow. He almost chuckled when he said the word warning.

"Warn you about what?" Rye frowned.

"About her dating my son," he raised his brows accusingly.

"Oh," Rye muttered, "good job we already told you then, yeah?"

"Indeed, Ryan, but i did warn you to keep the PDA to an absolute minimum, did i not?!"

He nodded slowly, "sorry, dad."

"You should be," he frowned, "i'm working on where these messages are from, and if i find out anything about you both that i shouldn't, you'll both be in this office again. Understood?"

Rye rolled his eyes and i nodded, quickly leaving when he dissmissed me.

What were we going to do?
