Deliora is Finally Gone! Liz is a Type of Slayer?

"Too loud!" Elizabeth covered her sensitive ears, as Deliora's roar echoed through the room.

Liz gritted her teeth, as Deliora broke from the ice.

"Here we go!" Zalty grinned, clenching his fists. "At last. At last the time has come!"

"Kusō. I don't got time to waste." Liz mumbled, "I'm gonna finish this right now." She felt a hard pressure against her face, and fell on the ground.

"I believe I'll do just the same, dear siren slayer."

"Bring it on!" Liz yelled, putting her hands beside her head, arching her back, and jumped up. She punched through the orb that was thrown at her, and it was formed back together. It lunged itself into her abdomen. "It fixed itself."

"I can control an object's flow of time. In this case, I returned the crystal to the time before it was broken."

"Time? You gotta be kidding me."

"The Arc of Time is one type of lost magic, you see. Next, let's see what happens when I send the crystal into its future."

The crystal orb began to move at speeds Liz couldn't comprehend. The orb began to beat on her, and she couldn't do anything.

"Take this!" She punched it into pieces, but it fixed itself and was slammed into the back of her head.

"It's no use."

"Damn!" She went to punch it again, but it stopped.

"Of course, I'm able to stop time for it, as well."

"It doesn't work on people, though."

"Correct, siren slayer. More correctly, it doesn't work on living beings. Which is precisely why I can't turn back time for this ice that is Ur."

"Honestly, I don't get you guys at all. You're trying to revive this thing, and Lyon is going to 'defeat' it. That may be good for Lyon, but what do all the others get out of it?"

"I wouldn't know. I only joined them recently, you see."

"Just you, then. What is your real goal here?"

"My, my. You're really too much." He did his annoying laugh. "The Cold Emperor, that mere boy, has no chance of defeating Deliora."

"That's bad, then. Are you going to defeat him?"

"Perish the thought. I simply wish to make him mine. There are exist spells to control immortal beasts. Wouldn't it be wonderful to have such tremendous power at your fingertips?!"

"What a lame answer. Asking was a waste." Liz yawned, covering her mouth as she did.

"Wha. . .?"

"I just figured, you know, it'd be some reason that'd get me really, as Natsu says, fired-up to stop--" she was cut off by Zalty's laughter.

"You have yet to understand. . .that the time will always come when you need power."

She lit her hand aflame in the familiar purple fire. "When that time comes, I'll put that strength in the faith of me and my friends. In the strength of Fairy Tail wizards!" She bent her elbow.
