"You've been staring at the screen for hours." A voice spoke. "Do you even have a topic to begin with?" He asked. Jeno glared at the owner and proceeded thinking deeply into what he should write.

Jaemin shut his laptop and walked over to Jeno's side. "I have a brilliant idea." He said softly, in which Jeno knew it was his tone of teasing people. "Why don't you call her for a group discussion?" He suggested which sounded completely nuisance to his ears.

"I second that and tell her to come over."

Yangyang voiced out from the sofa, he was lying on it, while his eyes fixed on the television. "Yang, stop flirting with my cousin, she'll kill you." Donghyuck rolled his eyes. It was getting tiring that Yangyang had been mentioning her nonstop.

"You mean you'll kill me." Yangyang retorted in which Donghyuck snorted. "Please, Hani barely knows your name." He said, and in an instant Yangyang jolted from his previous position. "How can she simply ignore my existence—"

"She pays no attention to hooligans like you." Renjun added which he only earned a pillow from his brother. Out of the blue, Jeno's phone started ringing. Everyone looked at the device, including the owner. He was startled and nervous as he glanced at the caller.

Slowly, he picked it up. "Hello?" He cleared his throat. Everyone else were trying their best to listen and figure out who it was.

"Right now? No, I'm not doing anything." He said, the boys had their eyes squinted as if it'd help them to listen better. "Sure, see you there." Jeno broke into a smile and ended the phone call, only then he realised eyes were on him.

He inhaled. "What?" He asked as he looked at the boys. "Was it Hani?" Yangyang was the first to ask. "Don't call her that." Donghyuck was close to hit him but was stopped by Jaemin. Jeno ignored the four and proceeded to his room, to get ready.

The boys' eyes followed his figure. "I say we spy on them." Renjun suggested. "I say we complete our projects first." Jaemin hit the lad on his head, thus he and Donghyuck went back to the table to finish off their work. "Pfft, it's easy when you're not partnered up with your obsessive admirer." Renjun pouted, obviously asking sympathy from his stepbrother.

"Pity thing." Yangyang replied instead, causing Renjun to hit him and dashed off, leaving Yangyang confused.

Haneul was frustrated. She needed the chauffeur but he had to pick up her mother at a meeting. Her sister was out of the house and she had no choice but to wait. However, she couldn't do that. Not when she promised someone, it was rude to be late when you were the one who planned it.

Instead, she decided to cover herself with a cap and walked down the streets. The girl sighed, a prestige girl, a simple transportation. What a joke, she thought.

The library wasn't exactly close, but she rather walk than take public transportation as it attracts more attention to her. Who knows what kind of misleading articles would the reporters write. The streets were quite vacant for an await break.

Haneul felt refreshed with the sunny weather and the trees shading her way towards town. She felt alive for a while. She admired nature, it was something not many knew about her. Donghyuck of course, was an exception. The two grew up together.

They knew each other inside out. If they never revealed the fact they were cousin, people might mistook them for soulmates. Haneul wasn't even this close with her sister as she was the smart and diligent one. She envied her sister at times, but then she loved what she had at the moment—

Someone embraced her from behind.

"Don't scream, someone is following you."

The voice was foreign, a male's. Her breath hitched. He sounded so close, he was breathing next to her ear. "Pretend that you know me." He said and released the backhug, he spun her around and Haneul hugged him with a smile. She managed to catch a glimpse of someone who was a few feet away, the man turned around and walked the other way. He was obviously looking at her before.

A reporter? Most unlikely. A stalker? It wasn't new, but she wasn't familiar with such either. Her eyes finally landed on the man who had just 'saved' her. He was wearing stripes of blue and white. His brunette hair combed back, exposing his forehead. The male flashed a smile, showing off his dimples.

"Uh, um. Thank you."

She thanked, avoiding eye contact instantly. The male flashed yet another cheeky smile. "It's fine. What were you doing walking alone?" He managed to ask. Haneul reminded herself to keep her gaze low, so he wouldn't recognise her, that is if he even knew who she was. You're not that famous Haneul, she mentally noted.

"I was heading to the library, and I... wanted to experience summer." She lied, that was the worst she could ever came up with. "Summer's quite something this year." He agreed. "Luckily, I'm heading to the library as well. Shall we?" He offered, Haneul was startled but it was better than having a stalker tailing her. Better safe than sorry.

"You don't seem like a highschool student." Haneul surprised herself, she was starting a conversation, with a man! The male chuckled. "Of course I'm not." He said. "I'm a university sophomore." He said and instantly Haneul nodded, it made sense now.

He looked at her, waiting for a respond. "I'm a highschool senior." She laughed nervously, in which it was his time to nod. "Science?" He asked. "Ew no, Econs." She replied and pointed at him. "Law." He chuckled. Haneul had a surprised face, law students were damn witty and smart, he looked more of an art student.

"Oh my God, how do you handle all those orders to memorise?" She joked, he responded kindly by chuckling as well. "It comes with interest I guess?" He said. "I've had interest to become a criminal law or a prosecutor." He added. For once, Haneul found herself admiring a stranger. He seemed so perfect for a complete random man. He should've been a nobleman's son or something.

Haneul blinked, she caught herself off guard. "I'll stay with econs, I rather do the Maths than memorising." She motioned her head exploding at the word 'memorising'. Again, it amused her saviour.

Without realising, the two finally arrived at the library in which they made the entrance together. Haneul almost forgot that she was supposed to look for Jeno and she did. Her eyes finally landed on him, who was engrossed in a book by the table near the windows.

"Thanks again—" she paused, she didn't catch his name at all. Donghyuck must be correct, Haneul really gave no damn about people. She chatted with them, and the next thing she knew, she forgot it ever happened. I have to fix this habit, she reminded herseld.

"Jaehyun."

The male smiled. "You can call me Jaehyun." He added and for a while, Haneul was enchanted by his attractive features. He looked like a prince. "Can I get a name in return?" He asked and his actions made her believe, he was a prince.

"Haneul." The girl smiled politely. "Thanks Jaehyun." She continued. "See you around, senior." He grinned and waved her goodbye. Haneul blinked a few times before she decided to head towards her true partner. Damn, my luck.
