Happy Birthday, You Tiny Terror

Today as I woke I knew that something different like a good different but still. It felt like something was finally going right or somebody slashed me with good vibes. Thankfully I was fully ready to take on anything that they throw at me.

After I did my daily route including our bed I noticed that Steve was not in our room. I shrugged, must be on his run. I walked slowly down the hall checked every room but nobody was in them. "I believe you have more luck in the dining area, young sir"

I smiled at ceiling "Thanks Jarvis" I went to the kitchen to see a blue birthday bomb exploded. I stood in awe looking at the avengers, Fury, and my nurse standing there happily to the side. "Who's birthday is it?" Then the panic "Who's birthday did I forget? I didn't get you a gift."

"Calm down kiddo. You didn't forget anybody's birthday" Tony said putting a hand on my shoulder.

I looked around "But-"

"We're celebrating your birthday today because we missed it when you were in the hospital." I gawked at them unable to say a word. "We have got a big day ahead of us so eat your breakfast"

When I sat down Steve set a plate of blue pancakes in front of me blue pancake shaped a Panda, blue replacing the white and nutella replacing the black. "Blue?" I ask looking at Steve, only mom ever made blue pancakes.

Natasha was the one that answered "The recipe was in your mom's diary along with the reason she made it." I took a bite and realized that it was still the best thing in the world. She laughed thing I was in awe of the shape , a panda (blue and nutella instead of white and black) not flavor "We have made it a fish but we all know-"

"Fish are friends not food" Every said in sync.

When everybody finished with their meals Steve gently leads me to one of Tony's cars. Once in the car he blindfolds me, if not for fact Steve is the best it would look like he was kidnapping me. 

The car stopped after everybody had a several songs each. "We are here Percy."  I gasped looking at the gigantic fish "Welcome to the SeaGlass Carousel". Bruce smiled at me "Let me guess you want to go on the blue one?"

I smile "Always".  Before Steve has a chance to claim me as a partner Natasha did.

"Betrayal" Clint shrieked in horror.

After a few hours of playing by and on the carousel listening to my family's laughter and Clint's cries of how his friendship with Natasha was over. I realized two things: One, I was hungry, and that nothing was more important to me then my family."

"Thor I am hungry", I say to the large man. He nodded swiftly like the world was at stake.

Thor stood and yelled "Friends come our young midguardian is need of nourishment".

I blushed. Tony laughed "Steve how about I treated your son to some ice cream.The Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory.". I got Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream of course"

When we left Tony gave the server a large tip telling them that "No press was it be informed they were there". The trip was filled joy, Clint's unforgiveness, and everybody's terrible singing.

I couldn't help but smile. Playing and bonding with him is the best way to see him light up. I wished we could have taken him to Chuck E Cheese but Bruce said that it might over stimulate him. When I watched Percy slip into our room for a nap. I almost cheered "How can that child be so active?" I joke lightly covering up my yawn. 

Bruce smirked "You saved the ADHD child. Honestly that doesn't even surprise me. You have a knack for being unique. I smiled and decided that instead risking waking Percy I wouldd sleep on the couch. 

I woke up to light shoving and a joyful giggle. "Come on Dad. You alreaady slept through Dinner but I refuse to let you sleep through cake"

"Cake?" I mumble trying to figure which way the floor is.

Percy or the blob that resembled him  nodded eagerly "Natasha made it and it is blue. Can you believe she made it blue? Ibet it will be the best cake ever"  

Percy was right the cakes was amazing and all his gifts were perfect. Tony got Percy a Rubic Cube so that his ADHD had in outlet. Natasha and Clint went and got new ocean themed bed covers and a rug and even a blue bean bag chair. Bruce gave him a kid's chemistry set and lots of kids movies mostly about fish and dolphins (because anybody would see that he loved the Ocean and the creatures in it. Thor gave him a plastic copy of his own hammer but Percy said he loved that weapon. Percy proudly set beside the real deal.

"One more gift Kido" Tony grinned and showed everybody a blue  ainted room only two doors down from mine. "This Is your room. Now you have room forall your new stuff".

'Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!" Percy cried hugging the man. then he rushed off to go get his stuff. Then a pained yip came the other room but it wasn't a problem. Percy just grabbed the handle of his hammer but graped Thor's hammer and fell on his butt tring to lift his hammer.

Thor grinned "in time, little one. In time"
