"Cut! That will be all for today. Great work everybody." The director shouted, after they finished the shooting where Liam (Steve) found out he had a daughter and was having a dinner with Josie's (Natasha) family.

Some members of the crew begin to head outside, while Steve and Natasha were sitting behind, happily chatting with each other.

Then, a quirky little girl playing their eight year old daughter, ran to Natasha and give her a hug. "Auntie Nat!"

A soft smile spread across Natasha's lips, returning the hug. "You were great today, love."

The young Cassie Lang lets out a soft giggle, with a pink blush tinted upon her cheeks which didn't go unnoticed by Natasha. "Someone's going to win an award for sure." She teases, as the little girl buries her little face in her hands.

Natasha can't help but find her little actions cute and funny. Yet, Steve, who kept on standing there watching them interact couldn't help but find the little abomination terribly annoying.

Stupid and annoying little shit.

She keeps on taking away all of Natasha's attention when she steps into the room, leaving Steve to sit and brood while they were happily chatting with one another.

He lets out an unamused snort,"As if." He puts his hands in his pocket in order to maintain his cool.

His little remark were not unheard by the little girl, causing her heart to sink. She puts her head down a little, and starts to pout.

A small frown formed across Natasha's forehead. These are the times when she wished Steve can be a little more kind and considerate.

Especially when it comes to little girls, she thought. Remembering their unborn child, her heart clenched a bit too hard.

Her thoughts rushed to the conversation they had this morning.

"Soo, what would we say if the media found out?" She broached the topic as light as she could.

She wanted to ask him, now that they had kind of being friendly and physical with each other, maybe there is some hope?

She also wanted to know where they stood.

Steve just groaned, and buried his face on her neck.

"I don't even want to think about that." He had said.

And began to place bruising kiss all over her neck.

Then they were at it again.

She knows she loves him, even after all the things he had put her through. Yet she can't help but wonder if things were to be still like they had been in the past.

Sometimes, she used to wonder. Like when Clint used to ask her what makes Steve so special.

She used to just frown at him and shut him out completely, letting him know that it is not a thing she wants to discuss.

But indeed, Steve was special.

When everyone saw an heir, the perfect and handsome rich boy, she instead saw a good person who loves his mother dearly. A boy who cares for his little brother and sister.

Sure, he was untamed and arrogant. She won't deny it. And sometimes, he can mercilessly hurt her with his sharp and cruel words, often leaving her with endless tears and Bucky fuming.
