CHAPTER 8 (Girl & Creature)

"Awww..." cried Girl, with some tears of physical pain.

"Eeeiii..." cried the creature in front of her.

The sound of their bumping each other on the head echoed all over that miniature-like forest scene, that made the bushes around seem to tremble.

Have you tried looking at the ground while running so fast, then suddenly you bump your head on a branch or something? Can you still remember that pain twitching on your forehead that seems like the agony of that pain would never stop? That's what they felt for a minute or so. Girl was rolling over, holding her head, while the creature rolled over in her opposite too.

Then after a while, it seems that you get accustomed to the pain that it hurts no more.

The two both tried to sit and tried to look at the one that bumped them.

Both the girl and the creature were suddenly surprised when they saw each other directly in the eyes. They stared each other as if time has stopped running...

If one would describe the creature, he or she is like a level 1 monster from an RPG game. A cute little round thingy that is not really cute but tries to be cute, so it soon gets cute, or so.

One's first impression is that it's a bit ugly, but once you get to spend your time more with it, you'll soon see its cuteness and own appeal.

But not in the case of Girl. Girl's first impression of the creature is something so cuddly. You know that feeling when a young girl saw a huggable teddy bear which even a teenage girl would love?

You will never know or never guess its gender. But, it seems like it acts like a child. You will not also see him or her as a monster nor an animal, but rather a living someone with spirit and soul.

One would say that its form is like that thing you see after you flush the toilet, but in a cute sense. And others may say that it looks like a meat bun or a pandesal that you buy every early morning in your favorite bread & pastry store. It is as big as a piglet, mind you. And it is as chubby as that one too.

In that sense, I will let your own imagination picture out this little roundly creature.

But one thing is for sure... One way or another, you'll find the creature as somewhat cute and pinkish in color.

The curve of its lips are like those of a kitty cat, as if it's always smiling.

And the most noticeable feature of that creature for Girl, is its round pink eyes. It's as cute and as tempting as Puss N' Boots' eyes. And it has its curious-looking looks. The likes of an innocent baby.

As soon as Girl saw its eyes, she was engrossed with it, like a teenager looking at the one she likes. It's as if, when you suddenly had an eye to eye contact with your crush. You want to quickly divert your eyes, coz of the shyness. But you don't want to, coz you want to relay the message and come to notice you. It's as if you're going to melt from that warm stare.

The creature seems to curiously stare at her in the eye for a time too, looking at Girl's teary dark brown pupil.

But after a while, they heard some rustling and bustling noises at a bush. Then, they came to senses...

The creature's expression seem to have drastically change from curious look to panic and horror at that turn of events.

"Eeeeee!!!..." cried the creature while running again fast across the opposite bush.

"Wait! Wait, you! Please, come back! Wait for meee..." the young girl shouted and quickly followed the creature 'cross that bush, once again, running.

The Psalmist paused for a while for he'll sing the next song on their next scene next to us.
