Chapter 3
Christina goes home to her family which have been uneffected by the memory serum and Cara goes back into the dorms. Caleb says that Matthew was willing to drop him off in our city. Tobias and I are left standing in the middle of the governments compound.
"How did you do in all saving part of your family?" I say. "It went good but I'm not sure what do about Evelyn. I guess having a new mother to start over with is going to be a new thing that I'm going to have to get used to."
"I understand." I say. Tobias, still looking deep into my eyes says, "Want to come with me, I have something I want to show you." My heart starts to pound rapidly because I'm not sure what to expect.
"Okay." I trust this man with all my life and he trusts me. Not knowing what to see, he takes me outside of the government compound and guides me where to go. I follow him to the truck and we drive off to his old house.
