Oh shit. Antonio thought to himself, he promised Ethan he wouldn't say anything to Sadie, and wanted them to be the ones to fill her in about their affair. He knew they were adults, and that Ethan, and Grace could figure it out on their own. He come to realize, that it was something private what happened between the two of them, and they didn't owe anyone any explanations.
"What I'm trying to say is, they're adults, and can figure it out on their own. If she likes that he hits on her, and it makes her happy, let her enjoy it. When he hits on her, just let him be. If she didn't like it, I'm sure she would have told him by now to knock it off. Look how long it's been going on for, it'll never change... no matter how much you tell him to knock it off."
"After what my mom went through, I just don't want her getting hurt. She already has a conscience about men, and I don't need her thinking any worse of them than she needs to."
Antonio sighed, rolled to his side, and propped his head up with his elbow "It's only Ethan, maybe he can change her mind about them, and open the doors she's kept closed for so long, think about it." He pushed himself up, gave her a kiss, and looked her in the eyes "Seriously... think about it, she smiles, and laughs every time he makes comments to her, and he isn't hurting anybody. It really isn't up to us if they want to mess around... not that I'm saying they are, but you know what I mean."
He laid back down and rolled to his side, hoping he talked some sense into her, and for her come to an understanding. He also hoped, if she were to ever find out about the two of them, that she wouldn't make a scene about it.
Sadie breathed in deep, and bit onto her cheek, thinking about Ethan, and her mom, still not liking it. Knowing she better get some rest, she got out of bed, placed her laptop on top of the dresser, then climbed back into bed. She had a hard time falling asleep, wondering if she's been too hard on Ethan, and felt maybe Antonio was right. She knew in her heart that she had no say in what they do, and couldn't stop them if they did have feelings for each other. Even though they're not related, she felt it wouldn't be right for them to be together, and thought it would be weird since, they both have relations with their kids.
******
Saturday come around, and Ilona had called Sadie asking if now would be alright if she could start moving in her belongings, and was told that would be fine. An hour went by, and Ilona knocked on the door, Brandon was nearby and answered the door. "Well hello there, I'm Ilona." she smiled.
Brandon wasn't home the other day when she was there, and stared at her like she was a stranger, "Mom!" Brandon yelled, running away from the door, leaving the door wide open. Ilona giggled, stepped inside, and shut the door.
Sadie walked around the corner, saw Ilona standing there, and smiled "Hi, sorry that was Brandon, he must have forgotten you were coming."
"It's OK."
"Would you like some help carrying in your belongings?"
"Sure, that would be nice."
Sadie introduced her to the other kids, and had them help her bring in her things, and down into her room. Antonio arrived a little after they started bringing in her belongings, and introduced himself. He was thrilled to finally meet who Sadie hired, and was surprised to see that she hired a young female, when all Sadie talked about was, hiring someone older.
After she got settled in, Antonio had a few questions of his own for her, and started asking away. He had something he wanted to ask her, and looked around to see if Sadie was nearby.
"I know you haven't had a chance to get to know the kids yet, but I was curious as to what your feelings would be, if I were to take my wife on a week, or two vacation, and leave the kids behind with you?"
