Ethan left with the nurse, while Grace was on her way to the operating room. One of the nurses handed Ethan a mask, gown, and a pair of gloves to wear, before they began delivering the babies. Once the doctor began performing the c-section, Ethan reached for Grace's hand, and held onto it.
Ethan's excitement within him was growing, and couldn't wait to see the flesh, and blood he, and Grace created. But at the same time, he was feeling scared for his children being born so early. After they were delivered, they were placed into an infant warmer, and sent over to NICU. While Grace was being stitched, Ethan followed the nurse to the NICU with the babies. He figured he better let Antonio know where they were, what was going on with Grace, and the babies, and sent Antonio a message.
Antonio walked over behind Sadie, wrapping his arms around her waist, and rubbing her stomach. He rested his chin on her shoulder, and spoke quietly into her ear "Your mom is fine, and Ethan is in NICU with the babies. Would you like to go visit them?"
"Yes, I would love to see them." she said sounding relieved.
"Can I come?" Gabriella asked.
Antonio smiled, waving for her to come over to him. "Of course, you can." he said, wrapping his arm around her shoulder when she walked over and stood next to him.
They walked to the NICU room, looking for Grace, and Ethan, and hoping to be able to see the babies. Ethan was inside the room staring at what he helped create, worried if they were going to make it. Antonio, Grace, and Gabriella arrived, and before they could enter, they were handed gowns, and masks, and were told to wash their hands well.
Ethan looked over when they walked in, and walked over to them. "Would you like to see my little miracles? he asked quietly. Knowing that's why they were there, he smiled, and walked them over to show them off.
"Awe... they're so small." Gabriella said in awe, while looking at the babies.
Sadie looked at Ethan, and placed her arm around him. "Was my mom able to see them yet?"
Ethan sighed "Somewhat, the doctor showed her each one as he delivered them, but she wasn't able to hold them since they were placed inside this right away. Just as we were told, we have three boys, and three girls."
While they stood around the infant warmer looking at the babies, Sadie couldn't keep her eyes off them, and instantly fell in love with them, knowing they were her brothers, and sisters. She laid her head against Ethan's shoulder, and smiled. "They're beautiful, Ethan."
He squeezed her tight, and kissed the top of her head. "I can't wait until we can bring them home, which I'm sure won't be for quite a while."

Grace was brought back into her room, and when she awoke, she worried about her newly born children, and hoped they were all right. Where are you, Ethan? She mumbled, feeling scared when she didn't see him in the room.
Ethan had a feeling Grace was wanting to see her babies, and talked the nurses into bringing the babies into her room. When they walked in, Grace's eyes flooded with tears, happy to see she's finally going to be able to see her babies.
Ethan pushed the warmer closer to Grace, allowing for her to see them better. She placed her hand inside, touching each one of their hands, and trying to get them to squeeze her finger. Smiling each time, they responded to her touch.
