I wake up to see Colette looking at me with her big blue eyes and curly brown hair like mine. I smiled and went over to pick her up and rock her.
"How is my beautiful baby girl?" I say as I rock her and a smile appears.
"You are so cute honey!" I say and quickly feed her.
She takes a nap and during that time I wake up the twins and get myself ready. My now 1 year olds can talk somewhat and walk. I missed so much of their babyhood I wasn't going to miss anymore. I smell pancakes and the twins get to the stairs.
"Alexandrea and Hunter and coming downstairs!" I shout to Lee and Noah who probably isn't in his room.
When I finish my last touches of makeup I hear a thud and a scream.
I run downstairs and see Alexa at the bottom of 25 steps. With a small pool of red under her as she wails in pain. I see hunter crying and I'm beside her in a instant.
Lee rushes and pick up Hunter and dials 911. Noah is beside me in a minute and I pick up Alexa. She is wailing in pain and I can't help but cry. I pick her up and hold her while the ambulance came. Everything was a blur on the ambulance I took her and Hunter on it while lee and Noah were in a car.
She had a breathing mask and was slightly drugged for the pain.
"Mama hic will Alexa hic be okay?" He asks and I hug him tightly.
"Yes, baby Alexa will be perfect in no time I say while holding her hand.
That's when Colette comes to mind.
It was wrong but I couldn't leave a 4 month alone at home when my 1 year old just injured herself. I called Noah and Lee and Lee had her sleeping in the back of his car.
At the hospital they take her into the trauma room and I look at all the security cameras. That's when I realized we had on at home. I quickly checked the time Alexa got hurt and she was fine until she tripped over a object and the look on her face.
The look.
It terrified me, Hunter looked scared and every tumble resulted in even more of a screaming face as blood seeped. I turned my phone off and sat in the waiting room as lee showed up with Noah.
I hugged Lee and he said Colette was at a friends house. I side hugged Noah since his daughter was also in the trauma room. We were waiting for hours and hours for the doctor to come and tell us some good news
*DOCTOR WALKS IN*
"Rochelle Evans?" He asked
"Yes Doctor is alex going to be okay"i asked
"She is but she is going to need facial reconstruction surgery" he said
"Is it covered by Ohip "
* Ohip stands for Ontario health insurance plan it is a health plan that covers all your needs with a doctor the hospital all your health needs it is covered as long as you have your Ontario health care your good*
"It is since you are from America do you have your citizenship for you and the twins"he asked
"Yes we do I have it right here... oh here you go" I handed it to him
"You also have another kid??!" He asked
"Yes I do her name is Colette she is 4 months old " I exclaimed
"Okay when can you do the facial reconstruction" Noah asked
"Excuse me who are you"he asked
"Oh I forgot dr.tribbiani this is Noah my ex-fiancee and alex and hunters father" I exclaimed
So after that conversation Alexandra was put into surgery
"Elle I can believe that you were not watching her" he responds
"I thought she was downstairs with you I told them to go down as I went to the bathroom and put on my makeup I did not expect that she would fall down"
"Elle..."
"Don't talk to me Noah you know what I know you really didn't want to visit because of Colette but the twins were asking for there daddy and I will not let you be a deadbeat father" I exclaimed
"You can go back to L.A "
"But Elle i want to stay i want to know if Alexandra is okay"
"Well she will be it's a facial reconstruction surgery it's simple " I exclaimed
"Noah we can go back to the house Elle can you drive us home " lee said
"Yes I can "
As I drove them the car ride was silent i took hunter inside and put him to bed as Noah walked upstairs to kiss him goodnight
I told Lee that I was going to pick up Colette and run back to the hospital to see if Alexandra is okay...
