Chapter Fourteen: I have to stay far away from Max?!

So the next day. My dad is still upset with me. And there's nothing I can do to change that. "Well Miley" dad said. "Whats up dad?" I asked. "Well I was thinking alot last night since what happen and what I saw of you and Max and in still thinking about it yet" dad answered. "You can tell me dad its alright i will take it like an adult"

Dad looked at me and smiled. "I know Miley" he said then he struggled of what words to say. "Well I will tell you when I get home from work" dad said. Which that's fair because he has to work again "that's fine dad" then he got up from his chair in the kitchen and went to put his coat on and head out the door I can still tell he's still very upset with me.

What else can I do to make him happy. Like my mom always once said "you can't please everyone Miley" so when he is truly gone I went upstairs but then Max called me. "Hey Miley" I took a deep breath "Hi Max" I said back. "Is your dad still Mad?" Max asked. "Pretty much" I answered. "Oh boy" Max said. "Nothing I can do at all Max, he really doesn't want me to be with you" I said. "I know Miley" Max said.

Then it went silent. "Well what's your punishment Miley?" Max asked. "I don't know yet" I answered. "Will you let me know what it is?" Max asked again. "Yeah I will" I answered. "I hope its not a punishment of staying away from me" Max said. Oh boy Max your being dramatic. I don't know yet when I basically don't know what's on dads mind! "Don't worry about it" I said.

Then he went slient again "well I will talk to you later Miley" Max said. "Sounds good" I said. Then he hang up. My dad is at work until 6 so he will tell me what is on his mind and the time is 11:00am so I went into town and got some stuff for the house. My dad left some money to go get and a list he's pretty good at that if there's nothing else to say to me when he heads out the door. Then it was getting close to 6 it was 4:30pm

Then dad came home a little hour early it was 5:45pm "Hey Miley" and I helped him out "well I have been thinking Miley" I looked at him. "What you mean dad?" I asked. Once we were in the kitchen. "Well you have to stay far away from Max for me because your grounded from seeing him" dad said. Max was right once again. "Okay dad I am fine with that" I lied. "Okay good Miley" dad said as he went to go read his newspaper again. Oh great now how is Max gonna handle this news!
