Your Lava Love

With your warm fiery grasp,
You ignited my wintered soul;
Cobbling my outed heart
From a detached lump of coal.
You melted into my lovers clasp.

Our love was a volcanic thrash,
An eruption of intense emotion
Engulfed in fire and brimstone.
Though, the hotter the explosion
The sooner we burned to ash.

Now we rarely spark a talk.
All we know was set ablaze.
Covered with the soot of pumice
Our past is left statued to gaze.
Molten lava hardened into cold rock.
