"Tell me again how you managed to get us locked out of the tower Reidy?" I ask, shaking my head in disbelief at what Reidy had told me.

Reidy runs his fingers through his hair, "err I don't know really. I was the only one in there, and I came out here and the door shut behind me and now I can't open it because the keys are inside."

If we didn't get back in the tower soon Hoppo would lose his mind and everyone would get blamed.

"Hello gentleman, why are you both standing outside the tower?" y/n jokes, approaching the tower ready to start their shift along with Reidy and me.

Reidy throws his arms up in defeat and kicks the door with little success. I explain the situation to y/n who cracks up not quite believing the story.

"Luckily I'm here then, I can get us back inside no problem," y/n speaks cockily, wearing a trademark Cheshire Cat grin that told us she had something up their sleeve.

y/n walks around to the front of the tower where the main windows were that we looked over the beach from.

"Beardy, give me a boost up will ya?"

I approach y/n and offer them a leg up, which they take and jump until they get a grip on the window frame, and I have a perfect view of their butt.

"You're lucky we're together Beardy because I wouldn't let any other guy get this close to my behind," y/n jokes.

I snort, "if any guy got this close to you y/n I'd tell them where to go."

"What are you doing y/n?" Reidy asks, jumping up to sit on the railing watching us.

"Don't tell Hoppo but I have a unique set of skills I don't show just anyone," y/n replies seriously.

I watch as they pull a metal nail file out of their pocket and actually jimmy opens the window, which you only really saw in films and on TV. After a couple of minutes, y/n cheers as the window slides open.

"Simple as that boys," y/n chuckles, and shimmies their way through the window and into the tower.

Reidy slaps me on the back, "you got yourself a keeper Beardy, what other skills does she have?"

I shove Reidy playfully, "keep those thoughts to yourself, Reidy."

y/n opens the main door and leans against it, "welcome to my tower boys."

Reidy laughs and runs past me into the tower. I walk over to y/n and she wraps her arms around my neck, "anything else you want to tell me y/n?" I lean down and whisper in their ear.

y/n giggles, "you'll have to wait and find out."

I roll my eyes and peck her on the cheek, seeing Hoppo approach from across the pavilion. Looks like y/n saved Reidy's ass in the nick of time.
