After a few more movies, Aiden's mother saw that they were running low on snacks. She quietly stood up and left to get more. She came back, dropped them off, and walked back to the living room. Then, she heard the door open. Aiden's father was home. She happily greeted her husband.
"Welcome home Zack," she smiled as she hugged him.
"Hi Mari," her husband replied, "I saw a two bicycles out front. Are Aiden's friends having another sleepover?"
"Yes. They are," she said as her expression saddened, "someone else is here too."
"A new friend," Zack asked.
"Not exactly," Mari sighed. She explained to her husband the situation.
"Oh...I see," he frowned only to start smiling again, "at least she'll be safer here, right?"
"Right," Mari beamed.
(Now back to the kiddos)
Elena played some background music on YouTube and turned to the others.
"Wanna play Truth or Dare," she grinned.
"Sure," Aiden and Silver replied. Sherry looked confused. She had never played Truth or Dare before.
"What's that," she asked. Aiden explained the game and she agreed to play. They turned to Elena.
"Ok, I'll start," she said, "Silver. Truth or Dare?
"Truth," Silver replied.
"Is it true that you wore a pink dress once and let your sister do your make up," Elena smirked. Silver paused. Then, he reluctantly answered.
"Y-yes," he said. Elena lost it again and Aiden patted him on the back for sympathy.
"Ok," Silver said, interrupting Elena's laughter, "my turn."
"Alright alright," Elena said through giggles.
"Sherry," Silver said as Sherry's ear perked up, "Truth or Dare?"
"Truth," Sherry replied slightly regretting it for some reason. Then she relized why.
"Is it true that you like Aiden," Silver grinned as Aiden hid his face and screamed into a pillow. Sherry was confused at first, but quickly understood what he meant by "like".
"What?! N-n-no," she stuttered then whispered low enough so that only Aiden heard, "at least I think I don't..."
"Suure," Elena said as she glanced at Aiden, who is still hiding his face. This went on for a few rounds before Elena decided to ask something a little more...personal on her next turn.
"Elena," Silver said poking at her, "your turn."
"Ok," Elena replied as she instantly glanced at Sherry.
"Sherry," Elena said, "Truth or Dare?"
"Truth," Sherry said, not wanting to be dared to do something embarrassing.
"Is it true that your right eye color is not natural," Elena asked, sending a chill down Sherry and Aiden's spines, "If it's not...what happened?"
