When they got home, Sherry instantly flopped on one of Aiden's beanbag chairs. Aiden cracked the window open, just to let some fresh air in. Elena was still upset about Violet and it was pretty obvious too.
Why are you still mopey El," Silver asked, "that Violet girl is bad news. You shouldn't feel bad for her. She hurt Sherry!" Elena huffed and turned away.
"I know," she said in a growl, but then she saddened," I...I just...oh nevermind. You won't agree with me anywho..." Aiden giggled, making the other three look at him.
"Whatchu laughing about dude," Silver asked, confused, "this isn't a very funny situation."
"I- its nothing," he said in between laughs, "just remembering how Baby bear 'mauled' Violet. It was kinda pathetic how a cub could overpower a crazy weredo-"
"She's not that crazy!" The room was silent. Aiden and Silver looked back at Elena, who looked infuriated. Absolutely infuriated. Why was she saying that? Sherry stood up and walked over to Elena, placing her little doll hand on Elena's shoulder. Elena seemed to calm down as she did that.
"I know why you're defending Vivi," Sherry said, "You have a kind heart. Seeing someone hurt and insulted angers you. Am I wrong?" Elena seemed surprised, but then embarrassed.
"How did you...," Elena started, "know that..?" Sherry smiled.
"I'm not sure," she said, "but I think Violet likes you. I'm not sure if she likes you as a friend or more, but she seems to let her guard down a bit when she sees you." Elena looked at Sherry.
"Are you on drugs," Elena asked, not joking yet not serious, "why would Violet like me of all people? I'm your friend." Sherry's response was simple. Violet is lesbian and most of Violet's friends were guys.
And their parents don't even have a clue of it.
Just as Sherry finished, a small pebble was thrown at the window. All 4 kids looked out to see a figure running away. They all assumed it was Violet because there was a note on the window. It read:

Hi Elena,
Thank you for caring for me when my stomach growled. It meant a lot. My parents don't really care whether I'm hungry or not. I'm going to Gorle Jeen Asylum. Even though you probably won't, I hope you visit. It was nice to see your face once more. You have really pretty eyes.-Violet Joy Goldfield♡
