Cassie was awoken by one of the clinics nurses as she quickly made her way into her room.

"Cassandra, it's time to wake up. Quick quick! Your dad will be here soon to collect you."

She looked beside her to the digital clock, it was 09.00. She usually was awake before this. She always woke up early to go for her morning walk. She was happy at the clinic, that made her stick to her eating plan. She gained weight, she made friends. Even if they were a big batty in the head. She stopped her excessive exercising and the pills. She healed herself and the thought of her returning the place of her nightmares scared her....
Cassie starred at the bright yellow wall, wishing time would just stop, to buy her more time to think. The nurse sighed when she saw her, emotionless, drained face.

"Cassie honey, I'm sorry you're disappointed you have to leave. But you have to. You need to think about your future, your past is just that, the past. You have to forget about how things were and make what is about to come worth all the pain that you've went through. You will eat. You won't do drugs. You will be happy. You have to trust yourself."

The nurse put her hand on cassies shoulder. Cassie looked up to her, with her smile spread across her face.

"I will."

She packed the last of her stuff up, and made her way to the front door. She saw her dad for the first time in months through the cloudy glass window. She took a few deep breathes, And prepared to step back into where time froze 5 months ago.
