Our goal as a company is to see if we can show homeowners how they can be spending less than what they are spending now towards a solar system that produces all of their energy needs.
The analysis is a free consultation, and there is no obligation attached to it; however, we want to keep the possibility of a sale open for the technician to be able to do his or her job best. At the end of the analysis, the technician will show the homeowner what it would look like for the homeowner to transition to solar. If solar is something that is beneficial for the homeowners the technician will show the homeowner what steps are needed in order to make that transition. If the homeowner is not ready to get into solar the technician will leave the figures and numbers with the homeowner and will be good for a year, so the homeowner can think about it. If for some reason the analysis did not show the homeowner how they can save money through solar that is also okay because the analysis is free and is an opportunity for the homeowner to explore their options. At the end of the analysis, the ultimate decision is up to the homeowner. You don't want to give the impression that the technician is not selling anything, but you don't want to say the technician is selling anything either; we need to be neutral and only encourage the homeowners to keep an open mind about what is available for them and if we can make them money.

We would only go out to the house if we believe we can make the homeowner money.
After we generate the appointment, we then give the schedule to a solar company and the solar company's technician will be the person to go out to the house and give the analysis.
Green World Pro does not go out to the house. This makes us a referral company; we refer the homeowner to a solar company that fulfills our criteria:
Uses American made panels
Is local to you
All the technicians have had a background check
All of the companies we work with use panels that have at least a 25-year warranty
Is willing to absorb some of the rebates and pass them on before they have been received.
At the time of scheduling the analysis, we cannot give them the name of the solar company because we need to do our research and find the company that best fulfills this criteria and will offer the best options at the best prices. All of the information the homeowner needs will be given to them 3-4 hours before the appointment from the dispatch phone call.
The available schedule/appointment times are as follows:
Monday and Wednesday: 11 am – 7 pm
Tues., Thurs., Fri., Sat., and Sun.: 10 am – 7 pm

When scheduling the appointment try for the earliest available schedule, preferably today.
Make sure the homeowner has time to receive the phone call 3-4 hours before the appointment.
Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity that can be used to power a home. They typically sit atop the home's roof, but can be put in many different places. The panels are connected to the homeowner's existing electricity meter to measure the amount of electricity the panels feed into the grid and to measure how much electricity is being used by the homeowner.
The systems that we promote typically do not use batteries; however, batteries are an option. They do increase the cost of the system significantly, and the technician can discuss the details with a homeowner.
