Customer says: "I already have solar"
Agent should ask the following questions:
"Are you leasing your system or did you purchase it?"
IF LEASING: This is a DNQ. Nothing we can do.
IF PURCHASED: "Do you completely own your system or are you still making payments?"
IF STILL MAKING PAYMENTS: This is a DNQ. Nothing we can do.
IF COMPLETELY OWNED: "Do you still receive a true up bill at the end of the year from your utility company?"
IF NO: This is a DNQ. Nothing we can do.
IF YES: "How much is your true up bill"?
TRUE UP BILL HAS TO BE AT LEAST $840 (THIS AVERAGES OUT TO $70 A MONTH)
IF CUSTOMER QUALIFIES, THEN AGENT NEEDS TO LET CUSTOMER KNOW:
"Since you already have an existing system, what we can do is provide you a separate solar system on your roof. We are not able to add onto your already existing system since it was installed by another company. Are you interested in receiving info on a separate system?"ONLY CONTINUE TO SET APPOINTMENT IF CUSTOMER SAYS YES.
