For HOMEOWNERS living in DUPLEX,TRIPLEX AND QUADPLEX

(need to ask the following questions)

1. Do you own the whole property?

2. How many meters do you have and how much are you spending on an average for electricity on the meter you want to have the solar consultation for?

3. What are the other unit being used for and by who?

(If separately owned)

4.If you were to move FORWARD with solar would you need to consult neighbor first?

(If yes Set up the appointment with the neighbor)

For HOMEOWNERS living in CONDO AND TOWNHOUSE

(need to ask the following questions)

1.Are you part of HOA? (Homeowners Association)

( If yes, proceed to question number 2) (If NOT part of HOA proceed to question number 3)

2.Does HOA allow solar in your community if you were to move forward with it?"

3.Ask if they have roof rights if not who basically takes care of the roof.

If they have connected roofs ask:

4. Do you need to consult neighbor if you were to move forward with solar?

(if yes, make sure neighbors are on board might need them there for appt)

If HOA doesn't have or allow solar, then WE CAN'T HELP, DNQ.

For HOMEOWNERS living in MOBILE HOME AND MANUFACTURED HOME

(need to ask the following questions)

MUST HAVE An ACRE OF LAND AND SHOULD BE OPEN TO DISCUSS GROUND MOUNTS

If they do not own the mobile home and are part of a MOBILE / MANUFACTURED HOME PARK, then WE CAN'T HELP, DNQ. If they do not own at least an acre of the land, then WE CAN'T HELP, DNQ
