"Are you fine (y/n)? Do you want to take another break?" Sasuke worriedly asked his sister. Taking in her tired ridden figure.

(Y/n) only shook her head rapidly, narrowing her dark orbs at her brother. She knew that she would feel fatigue half the time but it wasn't going to slow her down.

Like she's only pregnant not helpless. She could take walking a little longer without wanting to collapse and lay on the dirty ground.

"Ask me that one more time Sasuke and I'll make sure that I'm the last Uchiha." (Y/n) threatened her brother, feeling agitated at the constant suggestions.

Sasuke only chuckled not taking his sister's threat and raised his hand up in defeat. He knows that (y/n)'s has been having her mood swings, making him slightly tip toe around her.

(Y/n) only huffed annoyed, rubbing her now little bump. It's surprised her and Sasuke that she was showing so early into her pregnancy.

Sasuke joked that maybe she would be having more than one child. (Y/n) almost killed her brother for that remark.

(Y/n) didn't really care that she could possibly have more than one child, it's just nerve racking that she will be a mother in the next couple of months.

(Y/n) has learned to squash any negative thoughts about being a mom but sometimes she can't help but think they're true.

"We're almost at Konoha." Sasuke informed his sister. Worrying slightly about how (y/n) would feel about coming back to the village.

"Good that means we will be able to attend my appointment sooner." (Y/n) replied, ignoring her brother's concern.

After (y/n) hit her second month of being pregnant. She had agreed to inform Kakashi, Sakura, and Lady Tsunade about her pregnancy.

All three were shocked but gave encouragement to the Uchiha girl. Lady Tsunade as well opened a spot for her to come have an appointment at the hospital.

Which (y/n) was grateful for, feeling more comfortable knowing that she already knew her doctor.

The two siblings walked into their village gates, ignoring how people stared at them while walking.

(Y/n) silently thanked herself for wearing lose fitting clothes so that no prying eyes could see her little bump.

(Y/n) and Sasuke first made their way to report to Lord Sixth, which happened to be their first sensei.

The two continued their way in silence. While (y/n) let out an occasional giggle and smirk at how fangirls still followed her brother.

"Shut up (y/n)." Sasuke grunted, giving her a piercing glare with his onyx orbs. (Y/n) just continued giggling, choosing to ignore her brother's sassiness.

"Finally we're here." She exclaimed, already walking into the tower and leaving Sasuke behind.

"Kashi-nii, I'm here." (Y/n) bellowed, slamming the door open, successfully scaring the other ninja's that were also reporting.

Kakashi let out a sigh, pausing from his work to stare at his female student. Giving her a rather blank stare, that screamed 'I'm not very impressed.'

"Give us a moment." Kakashi informed the other ninjas, who simply nodded their heads and left.

"I thought you arrived with Sasuke." Kakashi said, standing up to approach his former student.

"She left me behind."Sasuke replied, walking into the room and closing the door.

Kakashi just laughed, pulling (y/n) into a fatherly hug. Both of them smiling as they enjoyed the moment.

"I can't be here long I have an appointment with Tsunade." (Y/n) softly said, pulling from the embrace.

"Well about that I will be joining you on your appointment."

(Y/n) blinked her dark orbs owlishly, before a wide grin spread on her face. Sasuke just smiled slightly, knowing that (y/n) would be even happier now that Kakashi would come along.

"Let's get going then." (Y/n) cheered pulling both men along with her. Ignoring their protests about her taking it easy.

As the trio arrived at the hospital, (y/n) patiently signed in before all three sat in the lobby. Earning many stares while they waited to be called.

"Ah, (y/n) you're on time." Tsunade called out, motioning the trio to follow her.

As they arrived into the room, (y/n) was greeted by her pink haired friend. Smiling at the fact that she would be able to see her before she left the village.

"You came."

"Well I'm here helping around the hospital but when I saw your name for an appointment I had to come and help you." Sakura informed, as she stood by Lasy Tsunade.

"(Y/n) please lay on the table so we can get started." Tsunade said, already setting up her equipment.

(Y/n) complied and laid down anxiously fidgeting before getting comforting looks from from her brother and friends.

"Lift your shirt up exposing your stomach. I'll be applying the gel, it will be cold at first." Tsunade said, as she approached (y/n).

(Y/n) let out a small sigh before she pulled up her shirt, tensing and letting out a small hiss when the gel was applied.

"There they are." Tsunade softly said, showing the image onto the screen. Smiles all around in the room.

While (y/n) stared in fascination at the little life inside her. Before a sudden thought hit her.

"My baby will never have a father. I'll never have a complete family." She thought, a stray tear falling from her eyes. Which was passed by as tears of happiness which in reality they weren't.

This situation made (y/n) want to leave and be all alone. Away from anyone and just wallow in pity.

"Would you like to hear the heartbeat?"

(Y/n) just slowly nodded before breaking out in awe. As all the people in the room heard the strong heartbeat.

Kakashi and Sasuke smiling as they heard the beating echoing through the room. While (y/n) forgot about her negative thoughts and enjoyed her moment with her unborn child.
