"Meeting my babies was a beautiful moment and not for one second did I regret having them."

(Y/n) dark orbs fluttered open, blinking softly to adjust to the light before scanning out the room. Her hand instantly flew to her stomach to feel the bump before touching its now flat surface.
"Oh yeah I had the twins already." (Y/n) thought, before breaking out of her thoughts and looking at Tsunade. Who gave her a kind smile before walking fully into the room.
"It seems like you're up now, the twins will be here shortly." The blonde said, watching (y/n) I intently for any negative reactions. Hoping that the young girl wouldn't have any second doubts about raising the newborns because their father wasn't in the picture.
"Can Sasuke enter the room before my babies arrive?" (Y/n) sheepishly questioned, biting her lip nervously waiting for the other lady's response.
Tsunade just chuckled at the question nodding her head along and leaving the room to get the other Uchiha. (Y/n) letting out a sigh in relief and she anxiously awaited both her brother and her new pride and joys.
"Are you okay?" Sasuke questioned once in the room, walking towards his sister's bed and looking over her. (Y/n) just laughed and nodded her head at her brother's worrying.
"The twins where are they?" Sasuke asked, taking a seat on the chair besides the the bed and looking over to the blonde lady.
Before she could speak any further, two nurses came in each holding a baby bundled up in a blue blanket. Wide smiles on their faces as they came towards the mother first.
(Y/n)'s breath hitched as both nurses approached her, not blinking back the tears that were swelling in her dark orbs.
"This one is the oldest baby boy." The nurse softly said, gently placing the baby into (y/n)'s awaiting arms. The first tears smoothly falling down her face as she scammed her first born son.
"Daisuke Uchiha." Sasuke proudly said, leaning closer to his first nephew and tracing a finger along his chubby cheeks. Smiling softly at how the Daisuke slightly nuzzled into the touch.
(Y/n) smiled before handing Daisuke to Sasuke, making sure that he could hold the baby right with one arm.
"The youngest baby boy." The second nurse said, following the same task and handing the new mother her second born child.
"Nomi Uchiha." (Y/n) cooed, smiling wider at how Nomi's eyes fluttered open, letting out a small gasp at how blue Nomi's eyes were.
The two nurses leaving alongside Tsunade, wanting to the give the siblings enough time to get to know the new additions to the Uchiha Clan.
"They're beautiful." (Y/n) softly said, not wanting to wake up both sleeping children. Not for a second taking her eyes off of the baby in her hand.
Sasuke humming in agreement, smirking softly when Daisuke finally opened his eyes. Dark onyx orbs clashing with another set of onyx eyes.
"It seems like Nomi is the only one who got blue eyes." Sasuke mused, looking at his sister who was grinning at the now opened eyed Daisuke.
"It'll be easier to identify who is who if they look like each other." She replied, feeling complete with her new babies. Not for a second regretting having them at such a young age.
Both Uchiha's eyes wandered to the door that was opening. (Y/n) smiling widely at the two familiar faces. Nodding her head for them to enter.
"They're so cute!" Sakura quietly squealed, walking towards Sasuke and gently taking the baby out of his hand, much to his annoyance.
"That's Daisuke, the eldest." (Y/n) informed, watching how Sakura frantically fawned over the the baby in her hand. As Sasuke slightly glared at her for taking his nephew away from him.
"And this little one?" Kakashi asked, walking towards (y/n) and peering down and looking at the baby in her hand.
"Nomi, the youngest." (Y/n) proudly said, feeling immense pride over the beautiful twins she gave birth to. Ushering Kakashi to hold his hands out for Nomi, Kakashi protesting before giving in to the girl's request.
Kakashi smiling down at Nomi who once again decided to open his eyes. Shocking the current Hokage at the familiar eyes color of a certain student of his.
"He got Naruto's eyes." He calmly said, watching Nomi blink his eyes cutely before closing them once more and returning to sleep.
"Yes, but they suit him well." Was the reply he got, before handing him back to (y/n) and taking Daisuke from Sakura who in turn gently picked up Nomi.
"This one here is an Uchiha through and through." Kakashi softly laughed, looking into Daisuke's onyx orbs before the baby yawned and fell asleep.
Kakashi slightly rolling his eyes at how both (y/n) and Sasuke proudly displayed themselves at the mention of the baby looking like an Uchiha clan member.
(Y/n) smiled at all the people in room. Feeling at peace with them, all of them being a part of her family. Not realizing that her own orbs were slowly closing. Before descending into an await full slumber. A small smile written on her face as the others quieted down when taking notice that (y/n) had fallen asleep.
