"This wasn't expected at all. Well at least he knows he a father again."

The last thing Naruto was expecting this morning was for a small little boy to open the front door to (y/n)'s house. The thought didn't even cross his mind because why would (y/n) even have a child at her home with her? Unless she babysat part time after she was done with her work. But now it was really happening to Naruto right now.

Looking down at the small little boy, whose features greatly resembled (y/n) and oddly enough her brother Sasuke. The little boy's piercing gaze made him straighten up, wondering if he had gotten the wrong address. Naruto felt ridiculous that he was feeling intimated by the small child because the child couldn't be described as anything other than the word cute.

The boy was hiding half his body behind the door, only showing a portion of his small body. His cherubic face was adorning a small frown that made his cheeks look even chubbier. Not to mention his dark hair was slightly tousled indicating that the boy had just woken up not to long ago. Well that and the pajamas he was wearing.

Before he could say anything he paused at the pitter patter of feet coming towards the open door. As another small boy popped out besides the first boy. The second boy resembling the first but only looked more awake than what he could only assume was his brother. "Who's here nii-san?"

The second little boy's blue eyes peered past his brother, curiously looking at the tall man. Was he here for mom?

"Daisuke Uchiha, what have I told you about opening the door before me?" Naruto heard a familiar voice, as (y/n) came into view who was solely focused on the boy's. Ushering them away before looking up at him with shock.

"What are you doing here Naruto?" (Y/n) finally found her voice, her heart feeling as if it fell into her stomach but was still rapidly beating. This wasn't what she expected first thing in the morning. Nor did she ever expect Naruto to find out about the twins.

Who knows maybe he wouldn't think they were his? Surely he must've thought she would have at least found someone else after him.

Peaking her head back into her house to see that the twins were nowhere in sight. Sighing she only hoped that they went to get dressed for school rather than go play or sleep once again. Looking back at the male in front of her who for once had no expression on his face. (Y/n) knew where this was heading and slowly came out the doorway and closed it behind her.

"I didn't know you had kids." Naruto started, looking directly at her for questions. His gaze coming into her own gaze. Neither of them backing away from each other's stares.

"You never asked." (Y/n) sarcastically replied back, folding her arms over her chest. "How old are they?" (Y/n) internally sighed, she wondered if this was Naruto's way of investigating of the boy's were his. Why couldn't he just straight out ask if they were his?

"They're both six. Twins." Naruto slowly nodded his head, the images of the children burned in his head. They both were a year older than Boruto and three years older than Himiwari. But he was more interested that they were a year older than Boruto. (Y/n) and him broke up a year before he got married and had Boruto. "Are they mine?"

"Truthfully, yes, but they're mostly mine. I'm the one who raised them."

(Y/n) found that there was no point in denying that he was the father. It was pointless and she didn't want to argue over it. She'd rather have this conversation come to a quick end instead of fighting pointlessly for the next couple of hours. Besides even if the boys took mostly after her, you could still see the hints of Naruto in them. So no point of denying.

"Why didn't you tell me you were pregnant?!" Naruto exclaimed, his eyebrows furrowed and his face uncharacteristically wearing a scowl.

(Y/n) groaned, the answer was pretty obvious. "You had just broke up with me for another woman. The last I was gonna do was come into your new relationship declaring I was having your baby. It would've made me look bad." It was mostly true, she just left out the part that she never wanted to see the blond in her life again.

Naruto shook his head, trying to wrap his mind around everything that was now being brought to the surface. "I would've helped you raise them still even if I was in a relationship. They were my children and you were their mother. I still cared for you (y/n). I wouldn't have left you alone like that."

(Y/n) scoffed, he must have cared a lot then. Even if he threw away all those years spent together for someone new.

"Okay, well now you know. It's too early in the morning for this and I still have to get the boys ready for school. What did you need Naruto anyway?"

Naruto gave her a pointed look, "I still want to talk about this later. But I came to see if you wanted to have breakfast with me. Well and now I want to meet my sons if that's alright with you."

(Y/n) contemplated the blond's request. Mind you that she still hadn't forgot about their lovely chit chat the previous day but he was asking to meet their sons. While she didn't want to be around the male himself she also felt that she couldn't deny her sons meeting their father. She didn't want to tell them when they were older she was the reason they never meet their father.

(Y/n) made her decision with a quick nod. "Let me finish getting the boys ready for school and we'll still have enough time to go get breakfast together." She muttered out, turning around to open the door before pausing to see that Naruto was still outside, looking nervous all of a sudden.

She didn't blame him, he was about to meet his kids he didn't know existed until right now. Sighing softly, "Don't worry they'll love you. It'll just take them a bit of time. Come in Naruto."

The blond male gave her a hesitant smile, taking in her words as he walked into (y/n)'s home. Whether she would regret her decision into letting the male into not only hers but her sons life. She would later find out but for now she could only hope that the three males would build a healthy relationship.
