Brent's POV

I wake up to a phone ringing but decided not to answer it cause it just might be those stupid selly people.
I sigh and get up from the couch to see it's 7:00 am.
School starts soon I should get ready at least.
The phone starts to ring again and decide to answer it cause it was getting annoying.
''Hello?'
'Brent? Hey Babe!'
I recognize Zach's voice and smile.
'Morning if you don't mind me asking how'd you get this number?'
I start to get clothes out my bag and walk to the bathroom to turn on the shower.
' Well I called your mom and yeah.'
'Oh haha so how was your family thing?'
'My what?'
'Didn't you say yesterday that you had to visit your family when we were at the hospital?'
There was a long pause and then Zach speaks up.
'Oh yeah that it was fine my mom wanted to have a family dinner and stuff.'
I know he's lying my lie detector is going off.
It was an awkward silence until Zach spoke up again.
'So I called to see if you needed a ride to school?'
I thought about it and it was either Zach or deal with Jc...Zach it is.
'Yeah sure let me go get ready honk when you get here'
'Yeah okay bye'
I strip out of my clothes and then get into the shower and then start to think.
Zach may or may not be lying to me but tbh if he would make the move and break up with me than it will make it easy.
I love Zach I really do but I just can't help but feel not as free?
Is that how I should put it?
I feel suffocated in a way but I feel like I can't do anything.
I wash my hair and body and get out of the shower.
I wrap a towel around my waist and go to brush my teeth.
I go and start to look through my clothes for boxers but I can't find them.
I groan I don't wanna go all the way downstairs for my clothes.
Curse my lazy self I grab my clothes and go downstairs to the couch.
I look around and see no one was around so I quickly put on my clothes.
I was wearing a plaid red and blue shirt with khakis and my red vans.
I go into Jc's kitchen and find some smore's poptarts and put it on a plate I'm never using a toaster ever again.
I pour a glass of milk and set it at the table with my poptart.
I decide to bring my laptop so I get my bookbag and put the charger in their too I could at least use it for study hall.
I finish eating and wash my plate and cup.
I get my phone which is basically dead and put it in my pocket.
I find my Axe spray and put it on and accidentally spray my mouth.
I cough multiple times and see Jc come down the stairs.
I try and stop coughing and now I'm like wheezing.
I get my bookbag and start to leave when Jc starts to talk.
'Don't you need a ride?'
'Nope Zach is taking me.'
I hear him sigh and mumbles an okay.
I want to fix this whole situation but it's a lot to deal with him,Alexa,Zach and my mom.
It's a lot I have to fix one problem at a time starting out with trying to figure out what Zach is lying about.

I'm really sorry I know that this doesn't make up for nothing but it's just that I have a lot of things going on.
I just needed a break from everything.
I tried I know it sucks but it will take a while until Brent and Jc will get together I just don't want them instantly getting together.
But yeah I will try and keep up with my schedule but I promise I will update.
