Lunch ends and everyone leaves the cafeteria and I head over to social studies class. As I walk, I wonder how Chan's been doing lately.

After entering the classroom, I sit down at a random open desk.

"Jisung?" someone says from behind me. I know that voice.

I turn around to the boy, "Hey, Minho..."

"So, umm, how've you been doing?"

"I've been fine. How about you?"

"Good. Pretty good." he shrugs.

Yes, you are pretty. Wait, what? No he's not! I need to quit doing this.

"T-that's good." An awkward silence sweeps over the two us.

Still facing Minho, I hear the door open behind me and a heavy aussie accent enters the room. I look in the person's direction to see Bang Chan.

"Bang Chan? I missed you so much!"

Chan turns around, startled. A smile appears on his face when he sees me.

He happily says, "Jisung? Oh my G-" I cut him off with a hug. "Oh my God, have you been working out?" he wheezes. I can't believe this old man.

We laugh and he sits in the seat right next to mine. Class goes by smoothly, never realizing that Minho had moved to the other side of the room after he saw Chan and I hug.

I wave to Chan as we part ways. After double checking that I'm holding it the right way, (I wasn't,) I follow my school map to science class.

Immediately after I walk in, I look for that iconic orange-red hair. I see it flopping around in the back, the head attached making stupid faces. Isn't that shocking?

"Hey, 'Lix." I say and he turns around.

"Sup, Ji."

"I saw Chan in social studies class! Minho too, but that's besides the point."

"You'll have to tell me later." he says with a smile.

I take a seat and the teacher walks in to introduce himself as "Park Jinyoung, but not the same one as the principal".

The remainder of the class is boring for the most part. I don't like science class, to be honest. The teachers call it useful, I call it bullshit.

Class finally ends and I can't wait to go home despite it being our second school day and my first full day. I hop up out of my seat and go in the direction of the school's main doors.

On the way there, I pass the bathrooms and out of the corner of my eye, I see a familiar shade of orange. I turn just in time to catch Changbin giving a cute little peck on the lips to Felix.

By the time I've processed everything, they've already noticed me standing there, mouth wide open, looking like an idiot.

"When did this happen?!" I scream.

"The kiss happened just now! You were watching it happen!" Changbin responds mockingly.

"You know what I mean." I put my hands on my hips.

"We've been dating for a while now," Felix speaks up. "I tried to tell you earlier, but you couldn't seem to figure it out."

"Is that why you insisted on going to this highschool?" I ask, to which Felix nods.

When my mom was choosing a new highschool, she wasn't sure which one to go with. Because Felix and I wanted to transfer together, Felix had begged both of our parents to go to this school. I couldn't figure out why and he'd always say "Just 'cause." whenever I asked. I guess it was because Changbin goes here.

"You don't think that it's bad? Us dating even though we're boys, that is." Changbin asked warily.

"Not at all! I think it's great and that you love who you love. You two are kinda cute together too." I say with a smile. "I'm not into guys, but I'm no homophobe either."

The couple hugs each other, then me, then each other again. They look really happy. I hope that someday I could have a relationship like that. Not with a boy, I mean, just a happy relationship. Yup.

"C'mon, guys. Let's go." I say as I motion to the school doors.

With that, the three of us part ways. Changbin drove off in his car to the store and Felix and I barely made it onto the bus.

If only I knew what had really happened.
