Doctor Visit

"Tell me about it, Stud," Shayla and I say at the same time copying the words,

"I really want to be in this movie," I say and put a piece of popcorn in my mouth,

"Yeah, I want to be Rizzo. You'd be good at being Sandy," She says and I nod,

"You're the one that I want! You are the one I want!" We yell and sing along with the music

"Ooh, ooh, ooh. Honey!" We face each other at the "Honey" part and I giggle,

"It's so nice to be treated the same, like I'm not a huge celebrity. Thanks," I thank Shayla and she frowns,

"Well. I've always known you as Tabitha the 13 year old girl that wasn't famous," She smiles and pats my thigh,

"I know. Just saying thanks," I smirk and she winks,

"Do you ever want kids?" She asks and I frown in curiosity,

"Yeah, I've always wanted children. Why?" I ask and she bites her lip,

"Well. I." She sighs,

"I think... I'm pregnant," She comes out and I gasp,

"You're what!" I yell, joy bursts through me and I leap up to my feat,

"Shhh, shhh," She hushes me and I frown,

"Are you sure? How do you know?" I ask and sit back down,

"I don't know, I haven't taken a test but I'm gonna go to the doctors today. I've been getting Morning sickness and I've been getting fatter and I've missed my period," She lifts her shirt up to reveal a bump and I cup my hands over my mouth,

"We're going now," I grab her arm and yank her up to her feet,

"Where?" She asks and tries to keep up with me,

"The doctors. Give me your keys," I place my hand out for her to give them to me and she does,

I make her follow me to the car and I find a hat that will hide my face,

"Are you angry..." She asks in a lower tone and I frown,

"No, I'm not angry. I'm really happy for you it's just, I want to make sure that you are before you go and tell people," I smile at her to calm her down and I open the garage door and then drive out,

We wait in the waiting room for Shayla's name to be called out. People give me suspicious looks.

I put some shades on my face and lower my hat down more.

"Miss Shayla Williams," A lady asks and we stand up and follow her to the office,

"Can my friend stay?" She asks and the lady nods,

"I need you to go and pee in this cup," the doctor hands her a small white cup and Shayla cringes,

"So I can test to see if you are pregnant," she quickly adds and Shayla takes the cup and leaves the room to enter the bathroom,

A few seconds later she appears again but with a cup full of liquid,

She gives it to the doctor and she sets it on the table and gets her stick ready, she places it in it and we wait for a few minutes,

"Miss Williams, it seems you're pregnant," She announces and I see tears start to form in Shayla's eyes,

"Are those happy tears?" I ask and she nods,
