"She ends up with the wrong guy, explain this April!" I rush into the music room as the melodic sounds from the piano bounce off the walls, filling my ears and just nearly soothing me.

I dump the stupid book into a nearby trash can and trudge my boots along the linoleum floors, careful to avoid tripping on the cables running along the floor from the other instruments.

Someone seriously needs to clean this place up.

I come to stand on the side of the piano and rest my elbow on its top, tapping my foot incessantly and waiting for April to pick up on the fact that I'm in destress.

Of all the things that could have happened, Rayne chose Axel.

"You don't like the ending?" He asks once he's done fiddling with the keys, taking a sip out of his grape juice.

"No!" I say in a whiny voice. "Can you please sit down? You're kind of making me nervous," he says, pulling out a chair for me to sit on.

I plop down on the seat and look at the sheets of music in front of me, squinting my eyes at how none of that makes sense at all. Kind of like how Rayne didn't choose Damien in the end.

"Why are you so bothered?" April asks and I find myself pouting.

"Damien actually loved her and she chose Axel, and it's not like she never had any feelings for Damien, why did she choose the wrong brother?" I ask.

"Maybe she loved Axel a little more than she did Damien, love is a very strange thing Bella. It's very unpredictable," he replies. I roll my eyes, quite unsatisfied with this answer.

"What would you have done if you were Rayne?" he asks and I don't hesitate thinking about it. "Recognize that there's a perfectly available man in front of me who loves me like crazy, respects me and probably understands me better than anyone else. Conversations with Axel are so depthless and lack meaning like she's trying too hard but with Damien, it's natural. It's the money thing, totally the money thing or maybe it's because Axel is a werewolf. I wouldn't even have thought twice about it," I inform April.

He raises an eyebrow at this and smirks a little. "I didn't know you were such a romantic," he says and I roll my eyes. "There's a lot you don't know about me, don't believe everything they tell you," I reply.

"You sound like you really know what you're talking about."

"About you not knowing me?"

"No, about who Rayne chose in the end almost like you've been in a similar position."

I laugh at his observation. "If I ever find a guy like Damien I'd probably marry him on the spot without thinking twice about it, no offence."

April chuckles, raising two hands in the air. "None taken. Are you sure you've never met a guy like Damien before, you seem quite passionate about him and why do you hate Axel so much?"
