Months after the battle of Darvannis Darth Caedus and Tahiri had returned to Odessen mean while on Yavin 4 the Jedi council had gotten word of Krayt's defeat on Darvannis and that he had retreated to Coruscant and so the Jedi had decided to send a strike team to Coruscant along with Republic troops to end Darth Krayt but unknown to the Jedi is that Vader himself will be taking his fleet to finish Darth Krayt himself. Hours later the Jedi that will be going to Coruscant had been chosen, Ahsoka Tano, Leia Organa Solo, Starkiller, Jaina Solo, Lowbacca and Ben Skywalker had been chosen to go to Coruscant and so the Jedi strike team assembled their troops and their fleet and then set course for Coruscant. As the Jedi began making their way to Coruscant, Vader called Caedus and Tahiri to the throne room "Lord Caedus, you and Tahiri will accompany me to Coruscant it is time to end this game now prepare the Eternal Fleet we will be leaving immediately" after Vader said that he then got up from the Eternal throne and walked out of the room and Caedus and Tahiri followed Vader to the shuttle and so Vader boarded his flagship and Caedus and Tahiri boarded the Anakin Solo and then the fleet made the jump to light speed. Moments later the Jedi arrived at Coruscant and began attacking Krayt's defenses and so as the battle had begun the Jedi and the ground troops boarded drop ships. Shortly after the Jedi and Republic troops landed on the planet the Eternal Fleet had emerged from light speed but the Eternal fleet did not open fire on the Republic fleet but the did begin firing on Krayt's fleet and they too began landing ground troops and among those troops Vader had landed in his shuttle accompanied by his Eternal Knights and so Krayt's forces were forced to retreat into the old Jedi Temple.
After the enemy had retreated into the Temple the Jedi strike team approached Vader "Vader why are you here helping us?" "Starkiller I am not here for you I am here to wipe Darth Krayt's pathetic existence off the face of the Galaxy his very breath is an insult" as Vader said that Ahsoka and Leia approached "Remove your mask Vader" Leia asked "What do you think you will see?" "The face of my father" Leia said with tears going down her face "Very well" after Vader said that he removed his mask and his hood revealing his face "Is this what you were expecting to see?" "Yes now I know why Luke believed in you I know there is good in you if there wasn't you wouldn't have shed a tear when Luke died" after Leia said that Vader quickly put his mask back on. Mean while inside the Temples old council chambers Darth Krayt sat on his throne listening to the cannon fire of the Republic's TX-130 Saber-class fighter tank's firing on the doors of the Temple until the doors were blasted down and then Republic troops began pushing forward and so Vader and Starkiller went to confront Darth Krayt.
Shortly after arriving at the old council chambers Vader and Starkiller entered the room and saw Krayt standing in the room with his arms behind his back "Welcome Lord Vader or should I call you Anakin Skywalker" after Krayt said that Vader removed his mask and dropped it onto the floor "You really are Anakin Skywalker but how you are alive and still in your youth is a mystery" "I am a clone of Anakin Skywalker and I am far more powerful than the original" after Vader said that he ignited his lightsaber's and began fighting Darth Krayt along with Starkiller. As both Vader and Starkiller fought against Krayt the battle over the planet was nearly over Krayt's forces were nearly depleted and they began to flee giving the Republic and the Eternal Empire victory but the battle hasn't quite over yet not until Krayt was either killed or arrested. Mean while in the council chambers Vader and Starkiller were over powering Krayt "It's over Krayt you have lost" Starkiller said to Krayt "I dont think so you may have won the battle but you have not won the war" after Krayt said that he then jumped out of the window, after he had jumped both Vader and Starkiller ran up to the broken window and saw that Krayt had landed on a shuttle and Krayt then said "This isn't over Skywalker" after Krayt said that he then left the planet on board his shuttle.
Shortly after the battle ended Starkiller looked at Vader and said "What now are you going to attack us since we had suffered loses Vader?" Vader looked at Leia and then looked at Starkiller and then Vader looked at Rex and said "General Rex we are withdrawing now" after Vader said that Rex then walked away to relay the order to the rest of the troops and then Vader began walking away until he heard a voice say "Father I know there is still good in you I can sense the conflict within you" after Vader heard that he turned to see Leia "Leia I am only a clone my sole purpose was and is to become more powerful than the original now this is goodbye my daughter" after Vader said that he began walking away and as he walked away tears were going down his face as he boarded his shuttle to return to his flagship and then to return to Odessen.
