Trainer instructed, "Lift up this 6kg weight-ball and SLAM it HARD on the floor...."
Before the trainer finished, a man already did it liked the way he played basketball!
"OUCH! ..." the man yelled.
"Slam the ball between your feet," the trainer continued.
