*alarm clock sounds*

*We fade into Cassie redundantly waking up*

Cassie: Five..... more.... minutes...

*Fades to Black again. Pause.*

Cassie's Mum: (shouting from afar) CASSIE!!

*Screen abruptly comes up. Cassie gets up*

Cassie: Oh my dog.

*Close up of Cassie*

Today's the first day of school!!

*THEME SONG*

*We see a montage of Cassie getting ready for school as she speaks her monologue*

Cassie: Well, today is the first day of school. And I'm a little nervous. This summer holiday has been nothing but stress. You see, I used to have a boyfriend. He was the best boyfriend I could've wanted. His name was Rex, and he was so sweet. Our relationship began at the end of last semester, and we were really happy initially. But Rex was moving our relationship slightly too fast. But after some talking, our relationship couldn't have gotten better. Until.... he cheated on me. With my BEST friend: Jenny. Well.... ex-best friend. She's nothing but a female dog nowadays. Either way, I hold my true friends close to me, and I'm just trying to avoid the fakes.

*fades to Cassie walking into the kitchen with her mom, dad and sister*

Cassie's Mum: Good morning, Cassie

Cassie: Hi, Mum: Hi, Dad.

*She starts walking out of the door, but is stopped by her Dad.*

Cassie's Dad: Cassie!! Arent you going to have breakfast?

Cassie: Dad!! I've got to go, I'm gonna be late!!

Cassie's Dad: Fair enough, dear. Have a nice day.

Cassie: Bye, Mum. Bye, Dad. Bye, Charlotte.

*Cassie walks out of the door*

*We fade to Emily and Lily standing by the lockers*

Emily: Where the tail is Cassie?

*Lily looks around*

Lily: Hey, have you seen Jenny around.

Emily: Nope, but I'm not expecting to see much of her after what she did...

Lily: I guess it's her loss if she doesn't wanna be friends with us anymore.

*Emily turns around*

Emily: Hey, look, here's comes Cassie

*Cassie runs over and hugs them*

Cassie: OMD, Lily, Emily!! it's been so long!!

Lily: Cassie, we met up last week!
